We had a problem with the return filter not working properly and making noises. The rep came out and repaired the problem. We had to call him out again because the filter came loose and the vent grid fell open. The rep came back and took care of the problem.

Michael and Shea were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They won't over sell you on things you don't need and clean up after themselves when the work is complete. Hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon, but if I do I'll request them by name. Thanks guys!

Elise was great! She showed up quickly and was very knowledgeable. She did an inspection of our unit and explained what was going on with the system in an easy way to understand. Highly recommended.

Elise knows her stuff. She is totally professional and very informative. She pointed out that the capacitor was functioning at only 30%. She explained that for it to be functional it should be at least 40%. I requested her to replace it.

Bottom line, Elise is professional, knows her stuff, is very smart and she has excellent people skills. I looked forward to her returning.
