Bruv Elise was such a pleasure! She got me all squared away and my house has been stuffy and hot for about two days. She came by, made sure she knew where everything was, she showed me what was wrong and the temp difference when she left was already noticeable. Definitely not so stuffy anymore ✌🏽.

Eugene came out to diagnose our AC unit after days of trying to get other companies to come out. He was on time (actually a little early which was nice), courteous, professional and broke the problem down in terms I could easily understand. After completing the diagnosis he sent me a full report of his findings and gave the options and pricing for repair. I will be planning to use Aireserv to install my new unit considering how well they did earning my trust on their initial visit. Thanks again!

Eugene was an AMAZING technician. He came an performed an in depth diagnosis on our HVAC unit and was so knowledgeable about the details. He did a great job helping us understand the highly technical specifics of our unit by putting them in lay terms, and even educated us about features of our thermostat that we were unaware of! We are very pleased with the service. This was our first experience with this company and Eugene make an awesome impression!

I had a new thermostat installed. I called and was able to get a technician out to my house the same day to install the thermostat. I was only expecting him to install the unit, but he also made sure my system was set up correctly in the attic, and checked outside to make sure the unit would kick on when the thermostat was turned up. He was very thorough. Very mindful of keeping my house clean as he made sure to put on his booties when he came back into my house so as not to track any mud around. I would highly recommend!

Came out within the day, and got my system tuned up and cleaned. Super friendly and informative service.

We started to have an odor coming from the our oil boiler late on a Thursday night which continued to Friday. We contacted the company and were very happy to be able to have a service appt. the next morning. They showed up on time and trouble shot the unit. They provided great service and found the maintenance issues and made some adjustments to the unit. Great knowledgeable people at Aire Serv. So glad we used them and will continue to do so.

Michael is the HVAC young man who came to my house to find out why heating system was not working,he explained everything to me and when I couldn't figure out how to work the new thermostat I called the company and he came back out here to explain it to me again and he wrote everything down so that I would understand it better and if I have anymore problems with my heat I am going to request that they send Michael to my house I give him five stars good job Michael

Aire Serve was sent to install a unit for me through a home warranty claim, and I was so pleased with their work and customer service that I signed a maintenance agreement with them this morning. Amanda bent over backwards during my first contact to make sure I was happy. Dylan has been the tech to come to my house 3 times now, and he is knowledgable, professional and personable everytime he comes out. ALWAYS a pleasant experience to deal with Aire Serv!!!
