Prices have gone through the roof and unless you belong to their monthly paid plan, the prices will stay that way. Such a shame, used to be a good company to get work done. A simple job with less than $100 in parts and 30 minutes of work for $800.....nope, not for me.

Mark was fantastic on a scale of 1-10 he is a 20. Very professional, courteous and meticulous. There are not enough words to express the level of care and customer service that he provided to my husband and myself. I recommend him for all maintenance requests as well as One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning It is an affordable plan and the staff and all the technicians are outstanding including Mark.

He was very thorough. He checked the thermostat first. Then he went in the attic and checked the inside unit. After that he checked the outside unit. He explained the problem which was my drainage lines were clogged. He then explained what needed to be done and the price. Once I okayed it, he proceeded to work on unclogging the drain lines. He also cleared the outside lines. When he finished, he told me about their maintenance plan which I signed up for. Hopefully this will help me with not having to pay for expensive repairs and they come out twice a year to check and clean the units and more. He was also very nice.

Our Technician Brandon King was awesome. Very friendly and helped us out in a pinch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

From the time my phone call was answered, until the job was completed, the professionalism and politeness was impeccable! The issue with our AC unit wasn't an emergency, but we were still able to make an appointment within 24 hrs for service.

My customer service agent, Shea (I think), was so friendly and helpful. Our technician, Bobby, gave us a 30 minute notice that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He did the work needed quickly, detailing what was needed and why, along the way.

I highly recommend their services, and commend the friendly, capable staff working there!

Our thermostat stopped working after I changed the filter in the system so I put in a call for service. A technician came out the very next day and replaced a fuse in the unit and the thermostat came back on right away. The whole repair took maybe 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with One Hour Heating and Air.

Joey was awesome!! He provided direct attention to the issues and problems at hand and was very knowledgeable in making sure that I as the customer understood the situation. In addition, he recommended preventative services and what to do for future repairs as well. I definitely believe that he provides outstanding services and goes above and beyond for his customers.

Note to management: Joey definitely should be in a managerial role so that he can train others and mold them into exceptional professionals like himself. Thank you so much Joey for everything !

. Have been very satisfied with their service for many, many years. Office personnel are always welcoming, courteous and helpful. The service people are always punctual, helpful and answer any questions I may have. I am very satisfied with the quality I receive from this Company. I just had a new heat pump and water heater installed. It was good to see how the three men coordinated their particular part in this installation.

This was supposed to be the Fall HVAC maintenance service covered under the maintenance plan. I'm not sure what maintenance was performed. The technician did not bring any tools or tool bags into the house to check the interior unit. Also, after walking around outside and under the house, the technician did not wear any shoe coverings when entering the house.
