RJ Was great took care of my needs very quickly and explained the service in detail. Highly recommend One hour heating and Air.

RJ was our technician, he was very professional, he was on time, he was polite, well spoken, informative. Also he respected my home, he put on his shoe covering at the front door. RJ explained what’s going on with my heating. He gave me some suggestions and explained each one to me. Also they had to replace our whole ac unit during the summer of 2022. This company is amazing. I truly would recommend them.

Mark educated me on some self diagnosis and maintenance stuff I can do. Found minor issues and fixed on the spot. Super people here.

Ryan is always a pleasure to deal with. He came to ascertain damage following lightning storm. The surge protection had not failed.

Matt was absolutely AMAZING! He was prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable about the maintenance check he performed as well as recommended options for preventative care. He was patient in the process of securing financing and has an amazing personality despite some hiccups we faced in the process. He did excellent work installing a new piece on my HVAC unit to help combat any future issues & I sincerely appreciate his attentiveness and helping me not only save $ but select the best option. He rocks!!!

Used Ben Franklin Plumbing. Quick response and quick fix. Initial charges were excessive but company refunded the inappropriate amount after I called to complain.

I feel as though Mark more than answered all my questions and what iam getting for the price/estimate for a new furnance and air conditioner. thank you.

Colby (?)was the tech in charge of installing Surge Protector. Did a good job on installation. Feel this was a needed install to protect my new HVAC and existing appliances.
One comment, I find the finish product unattractive, leaves an unfinished hole around the surge box.

Previous review was for about a year ago. Ralph was very nice and informative. He fixed a couple issues under the house. Thanks again!

Tobin was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got us through the process and completed the repair quickly and efficiently so we could get on with our normal day. So thankful for this! Glad we didn't have to go without AC for very long at all.
