The price was way over price they quoted $2200 when select state is one of the cheaper hot water heaters, and had gotten a quote for $1350. Now, I didn't use either service and went with someone that was offering a Bradford white hot water heater which is USA made.

Had a time finding a part to make the repair. RJ did amazing job he was right on time with the repair.

Daniel Epperson was on the request call for our home for a possible pin hole in the gasline runing to the gas grill.

Told me I needed to upgrade my panel from 110v to 220v. The panel was already 220v panel. Then the price was about 4 times what it should have cost.

Do not use this company. We bought a new system from this company 2-years ago. We have been riddled with issues and equipment failing since we purchased the system. During the last visit, I was quoted that it would cost me $1200 to repair the same issue that they supposedly fixed last month. I let them know that I would look for another vendor. They left my system unplugged, going into the holiday weekend, and told me I should "call Woodfin" to have them come and plug it back in, or that I could plug it in myself. I did not ask them to unplug my system or make any changes and did not authorize them to do anything to my system, and they have left us like this over a holiday weekend. I will be calling Woodfin from here on out.

Mark was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to find and fix our problem quickly and went the extra mile to offer and double check that everything was working the way it should. We are really happy with the service.

Brandon was very thorough and explained things to me. He answered all my questions and was very up front with me about expectations and limitations of my system. I will definitely ask for him again.
