Brandon was knowledgeable and helpful. I had many questions and he was able to answer them all, plus was able to get cool air blowing again when our system was blowing hot air when in AC mode. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in 10 minutes or less! Thank you so much Brandon! I called at 8 AM this morning and a tech was out at 9:30 AM.
