I paid the service fee, but did not actually have them service my AC unit. Be very careful and I highly encourage you get a second opinion. I saved a lot of money by doing so. They are all about selling new units not repairing.

The customer service person was quick to schedule an appointment the same day to have my air conditioning unit, which stopped working, looked at. Andrew was on time, professional, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got my unit up and running. The fee to fix my unit was very fair so I felt I received excellent service from the time I called to resolution of the issue. I would definitely use them again.

One Hour responds promptly with knowledgeable, courteous technicians who troubleshoot well and get the system running if down. Quality is good and prices are reasonable, sometimes better than reasonable. Their maintenance agreement has moved me to near the front of the line in emergencies, and saved me money in the long run.

I’m very happy that I chose to go with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. It was a good experience starting with my initial call. The ladies in the office were pleasant and courteous and genuinely seemed to care that my AC wasn’t working. I had service earlier than I expected that day. Communication seems to be a top priority for One Hour. They kept in touch throughout the past two days to let me know when the technician was on the way which allowed me to go to work and come home and meet the technician. Mark was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. He explained to me everything I needed to know about my new system and thermostat. Mark also arrived earlier than anticipated. It’s been a very professional service and I couldn’t be more pleased!

Mr. Fitch was very knowledgeable on various products regarding air and heating installallation for my residence, explained the cost on what to expect, and answered all questions in a timely manner. I called to get my hvac system looked at asap after a technician broke my system. Tobin came out after i made the call and was able to troubleshoot and fix the issues without any problems. I am very pleased with the service i recieved and highly recommend to anyone who is in need of services!

Well... if you're going to get the bad news that you need to replace your entire AC system, it helps when the service is professional, friendly, and quick like mine was. The technician, RJ, took plenty of time to figure out what was going on and walked me through all my options. When I opted to replace my cooling system, they even brought out a couple small window units within an hour to cool my bedrooms until the service could be finished (just a couple days). It wasn't the cheapest service in town from what I can see, but I still felt like I got a fair value and the high quality of customer service, from the phone to the technician visit, was well worth any extra I might have paid.

We purchased our entire HVAC system from One Hour Heating and Cooling. After considering a few other companies.. we decided to go with One hour. Since then, they’ve been the absolute best company to deal with. We have always received the highest level of service and professionalism from One Hour, couple that with awesome Techs like Tobin and Jeff and you have the best of the best. The technician, Chris B., who visited our home was thorough in his assessment and found issues that two prior HVAC companies did not find. He discussed the problems, showed pictures of the issues (a first) and then provided options for repair and replacement solutions. I am looking forward to installation of a new system and will update my review when completed - which should be within the next three days! Fantastic service, fair pricing and quick response - they live up to their mission!

I knew I needed a new heat pump and air handler unit for several months. Once I threw in the towel and decided to get a new one, One Hour Heating & AC gave me several options from which to choose. They were prompt, professional and were able to work around a few issues due to the tiny space where my air handler unit sits. I highly recommend their services. Elliot and Joey did the installation and they were extremely thorough, cleaned up and made sure to show me how everything worked. Well done.
