First time using Stoneman after years with another company. They squeezed me in on short notice and even were able to come earlier than expected. Technician,Troy, was great. Very satisfied with this visit

We are a long time customer of Stoneman Heating & Air. They consistently provide exceptional service and HVAC solutions - whether it’s service to existing units, trouble shooting and resolving typical issues, installation of a new unit or just updating thermostats in our home.

Today, Dustin arrived at our home at 5pm to address cooling issues on a 16-year-old in seven-year-old unit. He treated the end of day service call with a level of professionalism and positive attitude I greatly appreciated (not to mention getting the cooling issue on each unit resolved).

I highly recommend Stoneman Heating & Air, and have used and will continue to use Stoneman for all our service, maintenance and replacement needs as they arise.

This was our first time dealing with Stoneman. I will say, we were very impressed. The technician was prompt. The scheduled time was (1-3). He arrived exactly at 1. He was detailed in his explanations on the furnace repair. He also was respectful of our property and showed GREAT manners.
I would have given 5 stars but he forgot to replace the cover on the control box. 4.75 stars is great.

Recently they changed ownership and they are more professional knowledgeable and friendly . Their equipment and trucks are all brand new and their trucks are painted with awesome designs the serviceman works fast and we get videos/pictures of what was done .
Fabulous service also from the office they send appointments reminders and we were informed when they were close to my home and at the office Miss Sue is very calm and easy to understand and when I call the office she remembers us.

Wow! Just Wow! I'm literally speechless! And that NEVER happens to me! Stoneman Heating and Air sent out an Amazing Team today to install a brand new HVAC system for me. My old unit was 25 years old and finally bit the dust. This Wonderful Team came on time, explained everything in detail and did a Phenomenal installation. Their price was very reasonable. Each team member was very courteous and answered all my questions. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL your HVAC needs! Give them a call!!

Jason came early. Did a great job. Everyone at Stoneman was a pleasure to deal with. They went above & beyond. Would i recommend them? HELL YES!!

Richard was quick to diagnose the problem and get to work fixing it. He was very personal and didn’t feed me a lot of techno-babble. I will only use Stoneman HVAC in the future!
