HORRIBLE!!! One Hour has serviced my home for many years. They said I needed an entirely new HVAC system. I said I wanted what I had before, 18 SEER dual fuel hybrid system. They started to install a system that was NOT dual fuel and kept arguing that I had NEVER had a heat pump. They finally admitted I did have a heat pump but since they had already installed the A/C unit, I would have to pay the difference for the heat pump and a second installation charge. They finally dropped the 2nd installation charge. But how did they not know I had dual fuel/hybrid after servicing for so many years?!? None of them realized the huge Trane heat pump was not just A/C?!? All of that information was in their system but they kept trying to cover up their mistake by saying I never had a heat pump in the first place?!? I WILL NEVER USE ONEHOUR AGAIN!!!!

The tech that preformed my schedule maintenance was very through. Pleased with the service that was preformed.

We had a great experience from the first phone call (the phone service), the person from the office until our technician left. Everyone was professional and friendly. Ralph our technician was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again!
