Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. She understood the problem and can up with simple, effective, and cost saving solutions for the problems. She explained the reason for everything she did and showed me the end results. I would and will call on Delta Temp for any HVAC needs for my home.

Our system is about eight years old. We have relied on DeltaTemp to provide routine maintenance to ensure that the system continues to function as originally designed. These folks are responsive, professional and easy to work with.

My hot water heater had been out since December 20th. I have a home warranty company that would schedule these small one person companies and they would never respond. I got frustrated with the situation and called Delta Temp yesterday. Edith was dispatched to my house today. She was very professional and nice to deal with. Explained what she was going to do and got my heater working. If the pilot light goes again, she explained that a part unit would need to be replaced. Thank you Delta Temp and Edith for being there for me and the quick response. I have hot water!!!!

Worked with Jason who arrived on time. Very professional, explained things in layman terms on what he found wrong with my Noritz tankless water heater. He understood the issue and devised a solution to the problem in a timely fashion.

The only knock I would have about Delta Temp are their fees. There fees are more than the industry average. They charge for a dispatch fee, service fee, and a travel fee if you are 20 or more miles outside the service area. I wasn't made aware of the service fee or travel fee before dispatch, so to my surprise I was caught off guard when the technician informed me of the service fee and travel fee. The travel fee was eventually removed.

Delta Temp receipts are not detailed as they don't explain the breakdown between the parts and labor expense. They provide only the subtotal. I am not sure why labor cost are so discreet. As a customer it makes you feel companies are not truthful about their labor cost to perform a repair.

Our first impression was how courteous Kylie was on the phone when she scheduled our service appointment. Then Ford called and asked if we’d like him to come two days earlier than scheduled! He arrived as promised and took time to explain things to us that he found during his inspection. He worked diligently to undo years of neglect under “service contract “ arrangements with another company. Ford could not have been more personable, knowledgeable and professional. He repaired our Buderus boiler quickly and the price was fair. We highly recommend this company.

Jason and Keith met my expectations and more when they serviced my tankless water heater. The customer experience was very satisfying. They arrived on time, performed the work and cleaned up before they left. I will utilize their services in the future.
