Ford serviced our geothermal unit. He is awesome. Very knowledgeable and takes time to clearly explain what he is doing and why. I highly recommend Delta Temp and Ford.

Adam, Ford and Lewis have been very professional from start to finish. Their pride and workmanship is reflected in the quality of work delivered. They work in a very orderly fashion and always leave the area they worked in cleaner than when they started. Their knowledge extends much further than the product(s) they sell and install. I can't say enough about Adam and his team! We have a Water Furnace geothermal unit installed. Having an annual contract with Adam really helps me rest more comfortably at night knowing we have a local team that knows our system. They are very responsive to issues that can develop.

After seven years of my Geothermal System constantly giving problems I reached out to Water Furnace directly. They reached out to DeltaTemp and asked them to call me. Adam, the owner came out. He was the right person for the job. He found several issues in the original installation and set up of the system. He was thorough, patient to listen to me go on and on about the history and then went to work. Two hours later he had gone through the system and made several set-up adjustments to optimize the system as it should have been setup originally. DeltaTemp did not install or provide service before this occasion. They are the WaterFurnace experts! It just took me seven years to find them.

Ford arrived and fixed my furnace in ten minuets. Very good company and employees.

Delta Temp is a first rate company. Working with them has been easy. They did an excellent job of installing a WaterFurnace geothermal system for us. Moving from a reasonably efficient propane furnace to the WaterFurnace dropped our heating costs by 70% (No kidding. Priced propane lately?) The WaterFurnace is also inexpensive for A/C. In the last 18 months our most expensive cooling month was July, 2020. The WaterFurnace used 380 kWh of electricity, which at 12.5 cents per kWh is $47.50, to cool the 2400 sq ft main floor of our home. I find that excellent.

Delta Temp initially installed my Water Furnace units (I have 2 for the house and one for the pool) and they were great then and have been great anytime we needed service/maintenance. Highly recommend them.

When your coil goes on your geothermal unit you have a problem. It is the heart of the machine and one of the most expensive parts to replace and repair involving refrigerant refilling, welding, stripping down the unit etc etc. In other words you do not want anyone near it who does not know one end of a spanner from the other, or starts checking what to do next on YouTube.
You need a specialist technician who knows their job. Which is luckily exactly what you get from Delta Temp. Given that a new unit is around $9,000, this is going to be the most expensive repair bill you will be paying this year unless you decide to run the car into a tree.
Delta was definitely a pleasure to work with and professional to a T, or a D I suppose. It was an expensive repair but they turned up on time, left on time and the unit is humming along. So I am really pleased, well poorer, but still really pleased. Now if you had asked me about the manufacturers (it was a 5-ton Synergy 3D unit just 10 years old) you would have got a different answer, very very different. But we wont mention them even though they made the coil from sub-standard materials. Oops, sorry about that.

We had an incredible experience with this company today. We had a leak in our attic unit that caused some pretty significant damage to our ceiling. They came within an hour of me calling, and then fixed everything promptly. The technicians went above and beyond, were professional, and very kind in our stressful situation. We will be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future.
