Have been using DeltaTemp for the past 17 years. Great service every time. They have installed and maintain three different geothermal units for us.

Ford was our technician and he, as always, did a truly remarkable job. On time, professional, knowledgeable, polite, friendly and accomplished his work quick and effectively. Great job!!!!

We were having several cooling issues with the A/C system installed by a different company by the home’s previous owner. First was the duct work in the attic that was not properly insulated and was sweating and leaking into the bedroom and had rusted; and secondly, the air temperature balance in the house was way off. (Ice cold down stairs and hot up stairs). I was able to get an appointment for an evaluation right away. Ford, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and very informative. He offered solutions to the problems which were addressed and we no longer have any problems… Highly recommend Delta!

I was very pleased with the technician. She was thorough and answered the questions that I proposed fairly quickly. I have signed up for the silver support service and will consider having them do a takeless water heater drain and flush.
The technician was ahead of the appointment a few minutes and called to notify me of that she was here for about 2 and 1/2 hours. At every step of the way she kept me informed what she was doing and what she found which was minimal.
I have used this company before however this was a technician unfamiliar to me. I will continue to use them in the future based on this call if nothing else.

We had a tech come out and suggest $2,000 of repairs to our rooftop unit, which we accepted. After these were done, they decided it could not be repaired and it would need to be replaced and gave a proposal. I got 2 other opinions from highly rated, professional companies that were significantly less expensive. I asked if there was anything they could do to return some of the new equipment that did not repair our unit and they did nothing to try and lower the price or help out. We have since used a different, much less expensive company to replace and had a much better experience. Considering the great reviews, I was very disappointed. Waste of $2,000.
