I had cheaper estimates but went with Griffith for a couple of reasons. The first was the warranty. 10 years on compressor, parts, and labor. Nobody came close to that on labor. The others only offered a year on labor. Another reason was the brand. American Standard makes good products and they stand by the warranty. Griffith was also quick to respond with a visit/estimate on the same day I first called them. They installed the unit 3 days later. This is the second house where I have used Griffith and they have been great each time.

Griffith was able to provide same day service, arrived during the scheduled window, and our technician texted a photo as well as let me know he was heading to the house. I appreciated the notice and how quickly the repair was made. Our technician was extremely respectful, kind, and diagnosed the issue within a minute. Would recommend!

Once we had agreed to move forward they were able to promptly schedule the install at my next available time
The installers were professional, thorough and cleaned up any debris. Clearly they take pride in their work. The electrical team came in to run a new circuit and extra outlet. We went over options and, with their advice, we selected the cabling route. These two guys were very professional and they did clean and “tight” work. The next day Post sales support arrived to demonstrate both units - dry helpful and he was patient with all of my questions
All in all an excellent experience. The entire crew were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and all took great pride in their work. Nothing could have gone better and I will definitely call them for any future needs

I just got my second HVAC system from Griffith. My first one was about 16 1/2 years ago and I had never had any problems with it. They came out for my scheduled maintenance but since the system was so outdated we decided to go with getting a new system. Less than a week later I had my whole new system in place and it is working great. The people at Griffith are very personable and knowledgeable to work with and give great service. They answer all questions you have and make sure you know how everything works before they leave. It was a job well done and I enjoyed working with them.

Ryan came out to do a check up on our system to make sure everything was working well! From my initial call to scheduling to Ryan coming out to our home......the process and Ryan were outstanding. Griffith installed the system in our new home during building- so we didn’t hire them directly but our builder used them. After a year (as to not void our warranty) we had our hvac company come to assess an issue (no longer cooling). Turns out they had installed the system incorrectly. It was an expensive and unnecessary fix.

Service technician was very helpful, but I am having a lot of issues with the system they put on my third-floor does not work correctly. They talked me into using electric dampers that feed off second-floor unit to heat and cool third floor said it would work great. It has failed to do so since installation and I continuously have issues with the second floor unit breaking down. Or not cooling or heating the house properly
