Griffith HVAC worked closely with us and our builder in getting to the bottom of and resolving our house cooling issues. Griffith was persistent in their efforts to find a solution and worked tirelessly until we were happy with the outcome. They covered all their bases and checked off all equipment from dampers to the outdoor unit, just to make sure our three level town house would maintain a cool 70 degrees Fahrenheit, even in the blazing 90+ degree temperature in Richmond. Their team is responsive and highly professional. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend working with the team. Chris worked with the manufacturer to diagnose a tricky issue with my heat pump and determined the replacement part was still covered under warranty which saved me a lot of money. Our latest service need was complicated by an employee of the company that created serious problems for Griffiths and for us. That employee was let go as soon as his issues were discovered. We then dealt very favorably with Chris Finkle who quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem with our system. The company ordered and procured necessary parts and quickly scheduled the fix. Chris completed the work within the estimated time frame and restored our system to full functionality. In addition, he is a very pleasant, friendly person to deal with. My 15 yr old heat pump broke and their sales guy came out on a Friday within a hour of it being assessed as not fixable and my new system was installed by Tuesday. They did a great job and I was very impressed with the speed at which they was able to go from zero to done in a few days. They reworked my old ducting and installed a new thermostat as well.
