Tech came out, found the condensate drain overflow switch tripped,
he reset the switch.
Tech never responded when I asked him if he cleaned out the condensate drain pipe.

An hour after the tech left, the system shuts down again.

I crawled under the house and did what I asked the tech about.
I cleaned out the drain pipe ... problem solved for good this time.
I spent $250 to fix it myself.

I called the office three times over two days to talk to the service manager, he was not considerate enough to call me back.

Griffith Heating & Cooling recently installed a new HVAC system in my home. Absolutely everyone I have dealt with from the office employees to the salesman, to the terrific young man who installed the unit have been personable, responsive and knowledgeable. I cannot thank this company enough!!! Our 25 year old unit died on Christmas day and I happened to call a few places out of desperation. These guys called me back the very next day! They put me in touch with someone there who gave me an estimate and then by Monday the 28th, they were at my house at 9am to install the new unit! :)

We used Griffith Heating & Cooling to replace the air conditioning system at our work place, where we care for small dogs. The men were all very polite and efficient in their work. Mr. Griffith's crew took special care to clean up as they went along and were particularly careful with closing gates and doors behind them. We appreciate their hard work in getting our system back up and running in one day (they continued working after we closed for the evening). The care and consideration all the men put into making sure our needs were met during this process was, unanticipated. Thank you all for a job 'beyond' well done!
