I’m so thankful for my contract with Russell’s. David came to repair water leak under the sink in my bathroom. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and got it done quickly. He also installed a cut off switch so we don’t have to go out to the street to find the one for my condo.
He also gave me advice on installation of a new toilet. I will ask for him again. Great service!

My AC broke down during an intense heat wave and wasn't keeping temperature in my home. Called Russell's and they sent a technician out three days later to take a look at the air handler in my attic.

Within 15 mins the tech, Shane Z, found the leak in my evaporator coil! After he addressed the leak he got our house cooling again. Within the span of an hour he addressed the issue with our AC AND got it fixed. Awesome service at a reasonable price!

Would highly recommend Russell's and Shane to anyone looking for HVAC services. Will without a doubt be a return customer!

Tech was very through and let us know about some issues that our previous company ignored. He showed us the pictures of the issues and they were able to get us on the schedule to be repaired really quickly.

The experience with Mr. Mowatt was phenomenal! On time, very thorough, professional and straight forward. It took 4 hrs and he didn't stop working even with the heavy rain. Not only was he kind enough to perform a service without pay as my service required approval from the warranty company that had already been approved before the other natter was notified and he did it all in wet clothes that I offered to dry😇. All in all, the entire experience was done well, insightful and much appreciated the same day service. I would differently recommend Mr. Mowatt (Russell's) if you need a true professional and gentlemen!

Our one and only toilet was plugged. We tried a plunger and a snake to no avail. The plumber had an ETA of 90 minutes. He arrived much earlier. Before we called this company, we had gotten a quote from another company for almost double what we were charged by this company. I definitely would recommend this company.

So, let's start from the top! Corey Lesko was my first introduction to Russell's. He was a straight shooter from the beginning and advised me the way forward. After confirming services, the crew arrived in about 5 days and immediately went to work. I had Todd, Chris, Mathew, Yetti and Logan! They immediately answered any questions I had and walked me through their work. Their professionalism was on point and showed great knowledge on the products they were installing. During this time Corey ensure to call me, and ensure I was satisfied the whole time. After all, said and done, I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to come out to advise, install, and represent the company they work for. Russell's is very lucky to have these individuals on their team! GREAT JOB!

I paid for a maintenance program that apparently doesn't include actual maintenance. They sent someone, who was basically a pushy salesman, out who told me one of my systems was in bad shape. "neglected" was his term. Then he gives me a quote for $16000.00 and then leaves without doing any maintenance....

I did find people willing to do the service for a less cost, but with their 0% financing, professionalism, and responsivenesses They beat everyone hands-down. Great company to do business with. The owner is local from the Hampton Roads area. Also wanna give a shout out to Corey L. On helping me decide which unit to decide on and Expeditiously pushing everything through even on a Sunday while in the car with his wife. Mr. Wiley and his install team provided excellent service and took great care of my home.
