Alex did a fantastic job following up on some previous work that had been done. He corrected the things that were wrong and went beyond that to ensure things that should have been done was completed.

Russell's wins my business! They were kind, understanding, professional, courteous, on my very 1st call to this company. I called a few others, I went with Russell's even though I could have been serviced 1 day earlier with another company. No-one was as pleasant over the phone.
The way the other companies spoke to me, it was as if they were sitting in a 90 degree house in 100 degree weather!
Mike was our service technician - very thorough in checking things over. Professional, knowledgeable and best of all FUNNY!! It was a very uncomfortable day, temps at their max and I felt bad for him having to crawl around in our attic. He made the best out of the situation by making us all laugh through it. He was efficient and quickly resolved our situation. Offered to come back next day if problem had not resolved.

Fortunately we were blessed with an exceptional service man by the name of Cullen, who did an excellent job and restored our confidence with this company. Past experiences left us wondering and with no results. This is the only service engineer we will allow to work on our 5 year old Russell installed system. If he had installed our new $10,000 system we believe we would have had a great system all along.

From the very beginning when Alex Brooks visited us and gave us an estimate on our gas water heater replacement, we were very happy to do business with Russell's. Even with our first phone call to Russell's, the receptionist was quite pleasant, helpful and very efficient.
The next day when the water heater was actually installed, Toby and his assistant were quite pleasant, fast, efficient, and neat in the work that they did.

I requested Russell's advertised System Check for my A/C and Heating System, and to learn of their annual maintenance plans. Their tech called ahead and sent an ID text informing who to expect. They were timely, professional, informative, and trustworthy. Satisfied, I purchased a 1 year maintenance program.

They were very professional from the sales rep to the technicians. They also were very knowledgeable And courteous. They fixed up a mess of wiring that a previous company had left on the house and made it look so much better. They also installed another return for better airflow and then replaced the old one with a much better looking one and fixed the mess the previous company had left around it and the trim around the attic. My hallway ceiling looks so much nicer ! They went beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company. My airflow is much stronger now and warmer. Thank you Russell’s for being here and hiring such great employees !!

Great company to deal with. We signed up for a maintenance plan on 2 properties and haven’t even had the units cleaned yet with Russell’s. We are month old customers, our outside unit would not come on. Called at noon on a Sunday, Shane showed up at 4 the same day. Shane knows what he’s doing for sure, and very professional. Had the unit running in no time. Excellent company so far we are very impressed.
We switched from the company that spends lots on advertising with the yellow vans.
Shane didn’t try and tell me I need a new unit and that it was over 10 years old. He simply fixed to problem, checked the system and said it’s running great and within spec. The yellow vans always find a way to tell us our units are old and need to be replaced soon.

Justin was prompt and professional. I have used several companies before in the Hampton Roads area and Russell’s was by far the most efficient and professional I have ever dealt with. He made good recommendations and even set me up with a maintenance plan that will ensure that my A/C and Heating system is working properly. I highly recommend them!
