I would recommend Russell’s Heating and Cooling for your heating and cooling needs, the first call to set up a estimate for a HVAC replacement the representative was helpful with scheduling a estimate fast. Brad West who was the comfort specialist who came out and did a walk through just simply made everything so much easier. He was friendly, had great customer service, answered all our questions while doing the estimate and even over the phone and he worked wonderful with us in our financial area. The technician Chris and his crew who came installed the new unit and equipment were also friendly and did a amazing job!

Update for my review. I had this POS company come out 3 times. They are the most incompetent and dishonest company I have ever met in my life. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Check out this picture people. Every technician that came out had a different answer. My picture is the end result. 1000s of dollars in structural damages.
Also, they never refunded me from the first 2 incompetent trips, or their so called maintenence program. Total scammers.

Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and informative about the service that I'm interested in having done. He answered my questions. He eased my mind about my gas line and fireplace.

This is my third time using their services. They are very knowledgeable and honest. Since the pandemic it's been hard to find reliable services. Russell's is a keeper:)

My hot water heater went out 2 days before Christmas 🎄. I called Russell's heating and cooling. They came by the same evening and worked on a plan to immediately replace the faulty appliance. Seamless replacement and process. Definitely gained a new customer for life.

1rst team came an assess toilet issue and provided suggestions and options but never pressuring us.

Within an hour, we had our toilet replaced in master bathroom by Adbill, the 2nd tech. Both teams professional, friendly and gave us great information about toilets.
