Chris Waller, the initial technician I had contact with, and Yeti and Tadd, the installers of my system, were all awesome! They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The response time to get my new system was very quick and it is working great. They did a very neat job on the installation. Highly recommended!

Recently had a complete replacement of my HVAC system. Chose Russell’s because we had used them before and they were the only ones that could do the job within the next couple of days. All others were further out. Not sure of the names of the technicians that came but they were wonderful. Worked for over 12 hours in 98 degree temperature. Way hotter in the attic. They were courteous and was sure to answer all my questions. Brad the sales guy was awesome as well. Most likely paid a little more for my system than my research showed of other companies, but it was well worth the satisfaction.

Let me tell you. These guys are super awesome. I'm so happy that I were referred to them. The crew did a stand-up job. I highly recommend this company when it comes to your hvac system.

Our A/C wasn’t working and after listening to BOB FM advertising Russell’s Heating & Cooling we called and they were extremely responsive and we got the appointment today 5/11/23. It was an amazing experience. The service technician Mr. Isaiah Young was very friendly and professional and got our unit working like a Champ. He was very Honest and didn’t try to sell me any other unnecessary stuff. I’m glad I’ve called Russell’s and they will have a customer moving forward. Thank you 😊

Great service. Wonderful people. Quality workmanship. Genuine concern for others. I have used Russell’s HVAC & Plumbing for several years at two personal addresses and for a community project to rebuild a home lost in a tornado. I have used their HVAC and Plumbing services and highly recommend both. As a bi-vocational pastor with a heart for others, I freely recommend Russell’s often. After getting to know Buddy (Owner)and Marc (GM) and their genuine heart to do the right thing and always treat people well, I could not refuse to start working with them. The men were very nice, took caution to keep my home clean. Worked from 9am-10pm to get the job completed in one day! Prompt and fast turn around from signing paperwork to the replacement and install. 10 of of 10 would recommend.

Replaced our geothermal system in July 2019 after giving us the best estimate on replacing our 23 year old system. The Technician's worked tirelessly the couple of very hot days it took to install the system. The finished installation was five times neater than done by the previous installers from another company. They have preformed yearly maintenance checks which list all the check points evaluated which show the results on the report and emailed to us upon leaving our house. You can't go wrong by using Russell's. Give them a "Go".

My AC went out over the holiday weekend so I called Russell's. Ended up being a user error. The technician could have easily not told me and still performed the services quoted. Instead he told me where the error was and didn't charge me anything. I ended up signing up for the maintenance package because of his honesty. Thank you for saving me 2k and thank you for being honest. We will continue to use your company in the future!

My AC unit broke & called to schedule. I was able to get a technician out within 24 hours. The technician, Chance was extremely through. Brought me along with him so that he could explain what was happening and fully explained all of my options!

The 5 star rating is for the service that received from their technician Dean ! He truly went beyond the call of duty. He took his time after he completed the task he checkered & rechecked to make sure we wouldn’t have any more problems with our AC system after he was gone. He’s such a humble guy to be so through in his job. Thanks again Dean you the man !!
