My hot water heater which also provide heat stopped heating, so I called a company that I had used before. They charged me $129 to come tell me what I had already told them...the hot water heater was not working. Not only that, but I had to keep calling them to see what the plan was and what my options were because they were not calling me as they said they would. My neighbor recommended Russel's to me. I called and told them what I was experiencing with the other company. The young lady who answered the phone was very patient as well as sympathetic as I had now been without hot water and heat for nearly a week during that cold spell in January 2023. She told me that they would come over and do a free estimate. At this point I couldn't go wrong. I was given a time to expect someone and right on time they called to let me know who was coming and that they were on their way. Two very polite and professional gentlemen named Alex and Mark arrived and the first thing they did was put covers on their shoes. That alone impressed me. They came in and went straight to work. I tagged along and asked questions which they didn't mind at all. They tried to get it back working to no avail and right then and there they gave me a rough estimate and what to expect from each. They then went back out to their truck, wrote up an estimate and came back to present it to me. I was given two options, and both were explained to me thoroughly. I chose a new install.
I was told that they would have it installed by the next day so that I would be up and running for the weekend. And that's exactly what they did. The next day just like they said I received a call from Cody who told me that he would be my installer and that he was on his way. Another gentleman named Elijah soon joined him. The job was completed without a flaw and my system is now working better than before. Cody recommended a temperature of 125 I told him the other water heater was set at 140 for heating purposes. He went on to explain that he could not set it that high for safety reason and to try it at 125 which is what he recommended. I did and 125 was more than enough to provide adequate heat. I would Highly recommend Russel's and they will be my service technicians until they show Me, they no longer want my business.

From the time Chance showed up on Saturday till Yeti and Tad left on Monday the experience was awesome. This company / employees really understand customer service. Called on Saturday after hours and my Monday the job was completed. Chance made his self available by phone on Sunday when we called with some questions. Yeti and Tad did the insulation, it is very apparent that they care about the quality of work they provide. To all a big Thank You.

They came by Thursday and installed a mini split on my 80 year old house. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. I'm happy to finally have proper air conditioning in my home. Highly recommended. They do good , clean work.

I had 4 inches of water in my laundry rm. I have their plumbing contract and when I called at 430 for emergency service I was told sorry I'll put you on our list we don't have anyone to serve you . We are booked. I called precision and had a tech here in 30 min ! Guess who gets my future business?!!!!

We purchased the maintenance plans for our tankless and HVAC unit. We've never had issues with any of the technicians at Russell's. Today I met Darryl and Christina! They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and generous with their time (as I asked quite a few questions). I felt comfortable with them and feel they went above and beyond. You don't find many women in this field, but Christina is a true asset! We received 5-star service from 5-star technicians! I recommend purchasing the maintenance plans and contacting Russell's for plumbing or HVAC services!

I purchased a complete gas furnace and AC in 2016.
The delivery driver caused damage to my property so I asked for and received $500.00 to repair damages.
Advance to 2023 I called for a service call as a buzz was coming from the outdoor unit. I also agreed to the $155 checkup and yearly contract.
The tech indicated the fan module needed replacing and the part was covered by warranty.
Surprise the labor cost was $495.00.
A REVENGE fee for their firms previous damage.
The part is a few minute install.
The tech also left the outdoor unit disabled when he left.
So, enacting a revenge fee on a retiree, on a fixed income and also honorably discharged vet.
