I usually don't write reviews but I must take the time to thank the office staff and especially the tech for their outstanding service and quick response to my recent plumbing emergency. To be honest, I was really surprised by the quick response and quality work. Thank you for that!

A great first experience with Russell's, thanks to Dorrell, the technician who did the work. Informative, helpful, prompt plus he was a delight to chat with about the area (as a recent arrival). We discussed options - what was needed, what was useful in future. I wish every technician was this terrific. A real pleasure to engage with him and a great intro to Russell's (which had been recommended to me by a colleague). I would recommend Russell's to other friends and colleagues without question.

We have used Russell's for several years. We are always pleased with their service. Our technician, Isaiah was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and checked both our furnace (gas) and our air conditioner unit. He explained everything very well. If anyone is looking for an honest company that has been around and is reputable, Russell's is the one you should call. You will not be disappointed.

The team of Shawn, Nick, Andrew & Tia that performed my installation for heat pump system and duct work were outstanding. They were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable about the project. I highly recommend this business.

Brad West came to our home to evaluate a very old oil furnace and looked for his evaluation of our home’s HVAC needs. I requested a quote on Russell's Heating and Cooling online for a new split unit heat pump and received a call back in less than an hour. Corey came out the next day and looked over our system and helped us pick out the best unit for our budget and needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and scheduled our install. Andrew and Harrison arrived promptly at the time the install was scheduled for. They prepared the job site with drop clothes and a plastic runner on the stairs. They were both very professional and it is very apparent by the quality of the installation job that they take pride in their work. Because of Corey, Andrew, and Harrison, I would recommend Russell's Heating and Cooling for a new system consult and install.

Edwin Franco came out for our regular maintenance and noticed damage to our air ducts and did an exceptional job of locating and fixing the damaged duct work. He communicated every step of the way and did a thorough job.

I have been a client of Russell's for 8+ years. Their services are top notch, the staff are all very professional and Their costs are fair and a great value for my family and our primary home. We will continue to use Russell's for all of our HVAC needs

I will say that although courteous and professional, they definitely could on the communication skills. I had to reschedule twice my maintenance service due to unforseen emergencies. I completely understand all of it, I just wished that they call as soon as they find out about and not wait until the last minute to inform me. The second I ended up calling around the end of the timeliness they gave me just to tell me that we have to reschedule. I just wish they do better of communicating.

Russell's installed a new HVAC system from RUDD at my house a little over 3 years ago. I have a warranty that covers parts and a portion of the labor. A couple of weeks ago I had no air condition. I called Russell's and they sent a knowledgeable technician to my house the next day. The tech discovered a crack metal line and said it was not covered under the warranty. You would think that a metal line would be considered a part. Not too sure I have confidence in my warranty and RUDD.
