He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and checked both our furnace (gas) and our air conditioner unit. He explained everything very well. I requested a quote on Russell's Heating and Cooling online for a new split unit heat pump and received a call back in less than an hour. Corey came out the next day and looked over our system and helped us pick out the best unit for our budget and needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and scheduled our install. Andrew and Harrison arrived promptly at the time the install was scheduled for. They prepared the job site with drop clothes and a plastic runner on the stairs. They were both very professional and it is very apparent by the quality of the installation job that they take pride in their work. I will say that although courteous and professional, they definitely could on the communication skills. I had to reschedule twice my maintenance service due to unforseen emergencies. I completely understand all of it, I just wished that they call as soon as they find out about and not wait until the last minute to inform me. The second I ended up calling around the end of the timeliness they gave me just to tell me that we have to reschedule. I just wish they do better of communicating.

Russell's installed a new HVAC system from RUDD at my house a little over 3 years ago. I have a warranty that covers parts and a portion of the labor. A couple of weeks ago I had no air condition. I called Russell's and they sent a knowledgeable technician to my house the next day. The tech discovered a crack metal line and said it was not covered under the warranty. You would think that a metal line would be considered a part. Not too sure I have confidence in my warranty and RUDD.
