** Update **

Turns out when they installed the outdoor unit they ran pipes too close together where the pipes rubbed, thus causing a hole in the freon pipe. The signs were there with our ac drain pipe making our yard look like a swamp, because the coils were freezing over. They were both too lazy and ill educated to go in the attic to check. Cost us almost 3k to get it fixed with a reputable company.

They were the company our EDC house contracted with while under warrenty. Our AC went out in May 2017, and after several calls all on my part practically hounding on them, finally got an appointment days out. They did a light look around said was the freon, and ac worked for the summer. Magically now a year later our AC is out again with the same EXACT issues. Just never deal with this company.

Horrible Horrible Company!! If you are in the market for a new home this is the HVAC company Ashdon Builders uses!!
We closed on our brand new $500,000 plus home and have had nothing but issues with this company. My HVAC unit keeps cycling and has caused our electrical bill to be closed to $500 a month. They have been out three times to fix it and still have not been able to do so. We hired another company to come out and inspect the unit and found that Wayne Ables completely screwed up the install. If I could give them no stars I would - they don't even deserve the one I had to give them!

This is the absolute worst contractor that my husband and I have ever dealt with. We live in East Beach and our air conditioners are under warranty. We brushed into an emergency on/off switch while in the attic and turned the a/c turned off. We called and asked them come and look at the problem. They came and turned the switch back on and promptly billed us for $150. We called and asked (very nicely) if they would consider lowering the bill by a little bit because it seemed to us like $150 was a bit high. We did expect to pay something but not $150 for a short drive to flip a switch. The owner, Wayne Ables, called and started yelling at me and threatening me with an attorney!!! I was very nice and calm during the entire conversation only asking for him to hear my side of the story. I could not believe it!!! We did not say that we were not going to pay the bill but were asking for consideration considering his workers were here for five minutes. He is a hot head and dealing with him was the worst I have ever experienced!!! We will be telling all of our neighbors as well as the East Beach website and our contractor. I wish I had him yelling and screaming at me for no reason what so ever on tape!

Do not do business with this guy. He's very unprofessional. My AC unit went out so I called him and it went to voicemail so I left a message. Later on the next day he called me back and said he would send someone out but I ended up playing phone tag with him all day and couldn't get in contact with him again. Then he calls back saying that his phone can't receive voicemails or he can't check them. He told me he would get with one of his techs and setup a time to come out. Well it's after 7 pm and still no callback and nobody has come out yet! Will never do business with him and I'll encourage you not too. I'm going to also tell my fellow navy servicemen and women on base to not do business with him either. I might even put in a complaint on the better business bureau website as well. First order of business however is finding a reputable company to fix my AC!

One Star is to high but I can't do anything less!! My heating A/C unit has a bad component causing the fan to run continuously. The part is covered under warranty but they won't come out to fix it unless I pay them $150 for a service call. I explained to them that I have a friend who does heating and cooling (the same friend who determined what the problem is) and he could make the repair, I just need the part. They won't allow me to have the part because "They are in the business of making money"! I don't pay labor costs if I take my car in for warranty service, why should he make a profit off of me for components covered under warranty? Needless to say, I have not gotten a resolution as of yet, but I'm bound and determined to get my part and not pay a dime. I will NEVER do business with this snake oil salesman ever again, and I encourage anyone considering doing business with this guy to run far far away and find a reputable company.

I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. They installed a 4 ton system in a house that needs a 6 ton system and then had the audacity to tell me that no system could keep my house below 75 degrees on a day over 90 degrees. They are below 1 star but I cannot rate them less. I expect the building company to take action and get the correct size unit in my house before too long. I hope to never deal with these folks again.

Mind blowing how incompetent these people are. I'm confident not one can chew bubble gum and walk at the same time. Like others here we bought a new build with AC issues. So we called these slack jawed yokels and after numerous times coming out got smart and finally paid a real company.

This company came out to my house five times to fix a problem with the HVAC unit. Not only did he fix it he didn't charge a dime because it was warranty work . Very satisfied!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! DON'T WASTE ANOTHER MINUTE AND CHOOSE ANY OTHER HVAC COMPANY. I COULD WRITE A NOVEL ON TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LITERALLY THE WORST! I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS.
