Our technician Isaiah gave us a 30 minute heads up and arrived on time. Very personable and knowledgeable. Found main issue and fixed quickly. Also pointed out a safety hazard that he corrected as well. A great visit and why I trust Russell’s Heating and Cooling with my business.

Russell's replaced our entire system and did a fantastic job. They were very kind, professional, and worked fast. They even provided temp AC units to help keep us cool until the new system was installed. Our house is now cooler than ever. I am very happy with everything.

After reading the great reviews for this company, I gave in to my fear of getting scammed and called for them to diagnose my HVAC system. Justin showed up earlier than expected and performed his inspection. I needed a new system because the old system was 30 years old. He was able to get my financed within minutes and scheduled a team to come out the next morning. They showed up at 8:30am and didn't stop working until the job was done. I was very impressed because that was 7 hours of non stop labor. I highly recommend this company above others.

The entire process was handled very professionally from the beginning to the end. Brad, my sales consultant, was very knowledgeable. He addressed issues I had before I could ask the questions. The team that came out to do the work was great. Everyone was respectful and Brandon and Shawn were both extremely professional. Even though everyone was great, I really want to recognize Brandon. He was really wonderful at explaining the process and keeping me informed throughout. He even honored a request to take pictures before the work started. He took the time to explain to me how the new system worked and how to work my new fancy thermostat. He is definitely an asset to your company. I don't think anyone is comfortable with having a complete hvac system, along with duct work, replaced but I will say that the people that I had the pleasure of working with made the process less of a headache and alot smoother than I would have expected. I have already recommended your company with no hesitation to other people.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Russell's, first time using them. I have used various companies in the past, can honestly say that Russell's impressed me so much that I signed up for their maintenance plan. Everyone was very responsive from the phone representative to the technician, top notch company!

Extremely professional work. Plumber was super friendly. Just very pricey, over $250 to replace a broken shut off valve.

So glad I called Russell’s to get a second opinion on a water leak I was having. The original plumbing company I called didn’t even look to hard and automatically assumed it was the galvanized pipes leaking. Said it would be thousands to fix. I called Russell’s and they did a thorough search and realized it was a nail in the PVC pipes. Literally a couple hundred bucks to fix. They got it fixed and they even educated me on the history of galvanized pipes. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Saved me thousands and and a clear mental space. Great job and would recommend to anyone.

Gabriel was on time and very courteous and professional. He completed the service and went over the whole process and was very detailed and ensured that I understood everything. I renewed our service contract for another year.

Phillip was prompt, courteous and professional. He took the time to explain the diagnostic process, the conditions found and the necessary repairs and options available. After Phillip explained that repairs would need to be completed after parts were received, Tyler followed up after initial service with scheduling. The experience thus far has convinced us that Russell's wil be our go to company for A/C and furnace service.

My techinican Mike was fantastic! Quickly found the issue, fixed it and also showed me what to look for. While no one wants a problem with HVAC, Mike was great. I would & will definitely recommend Russell's to anyone I k own. Keep up the great work 👍.
