Update 10:13am Thursday: FAILED INSPECTION yesterday, and David still hasn’t responded to multiple messages and phone calls.
Update 9:23am Wednesday morning: The plumbing inspector is here. He has already mentioned that the line for the dryer isn't going to pass inspection AND he had no idea that Russell's installed the vent for the gas stove up into the attic and through the roof, and stated they did not pull the proper mechanical permits to have done so. The nightmare of Russell's CONTINUES!
Update 9:52am Monday morning: David’s response to the lack of hot water caused by him and his technicians was, “Yeah that happens sometimes.”
Update 2am Saturday morning: Emergency plumber has left. He needed to bleed the line and relight the pilot on the hot water heater. None of my family visiting from out of town could shower.
Update 11:51pm on Friday night: NO HOT WATER. Pilot light on hot water heater was never relit. Family in from out of town…nice job guys.
OG review, written Thursday: Absolutely awful. It is 9:16pm on a Thursday night and I haven’t eaten anything since 11am because is plumbing team, led by David, is incapable of properly loading their trucks for their installers. This was a basic job - extend an existing high pressure gas line, remove old electric range and microwave, install new gas range and vented microwave, install vent through roof. The two installers arrived at 9am and had to leave to go to Home Depot twice for basic materials, and when they finally reached the part of the job for the roof vent, found they had LESS THAN HALF of what they needed. How can a plumbing company this established be THIS incompetent??? The installers were also told the gas line was 3/4 inch…it was 1/2 inch. How can you screw this up so badly??? Never again.

Brandon Davis was great today with my maintenance appointment. He was efficient, professional and went above and beyond with checking our system. Brandon took his time but didn’t waste time to meticulously and thoroughly assess our unit and prepare us for the winter months! Thank you, Brandon, for doing such a great job! We scheduled an appointment with him for maintenance next year as well.

One star because they're friendly. I regret hiring them. I purchased a new furnace and AC a year ago. Within the year they have been back and forth to my house eleven times. The system failed several times. Myself and my 94yr old mom woke up freezing this winter. The city Inspectors failed them twice for their work on my home.

We purchased a heater from Russell’s in November 2022. Our unit went out 23 December and we called their service line at 0600 the morning of 24 December to request a technician. This was the coldest night of the year at 12 degrees outside and our home registering at 50 degrees and dropping! The company, who advertises same day emergency services, said they cannot come until the following day between 1-3 pm. This puts our home with another full day and night of NO HEAT!! I explained we have small children and this is not going to work. The customer service representative just repeated the appointment stating they had to prioritize call backs. How is our issue not a priority?! Had we known this is the type of service they’d provide we would have definitely gone with another company! It took them hours to call back too and their service call line just continuously looped back to the recording. Save your money and sanity! Go elsewhere!

I contacted Russells for a plumbing issue and they were very responsive and were able to fit us in within a matter of a couple hours. They fixed the problem and stopped the leak. We were very pleased with the results.

I just had the best experience with Russell's! Every single thing was positive. They did a wonderful job, were on time every day, very pleasant and professional. The technicians were hard workers and wanted to make sure it got done RIGHT (not just done). My only issue is that there is no way for me to give each technician a more personal rating. I recently used this company for a new AC unit, that was a HUGE MISTAKE. They put in the wrong thermostat and never showed up to replace it as they promised. They broke the stairs to my attic and did not have the common courtesy to tell me about it. Not till my wife FELL from the stairs did I realize it was broken. Still broken weeks later and still have the wrong thermostat. Don’t make my MISTAKE. DO NOT use this company!!

Hi! Russell’s is awesome! I had a shutoff switch that needed replaced and Jason was able to bypass my AC to keep it running while awaiting the repair. Cullen installed my new switch and tested the AC and furnace. All is back to normal. Thank you for such knowledgeable and professional technicians.
