We called Cardinal Plumbing and Heating to request their opinion on an issue we were having that we thought may be related to plumbing and to fix a leak. Oscar provided excellent customer service and got us a next day appointment. Nagy, our technician showed up on time and helped us problem solve our issue with professionalism and honesty. He also fixed our leak. We will continue to use Cardinal for their customer service and professionalism for our plumbing and heating needs.

This was our third time contacting Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air, and each time has been a great experience to work with their knowledgeable team. Our hot water heater was leaking and water was in our utility room. I called Cardinal at 5pm on a Monday and they sent someone the same evening. My wife and I were beyond impressed with how quickly they responded to our issue and that they were able to send someone out the same evening. Our technician was Brian O'Rourke and he provided exceptional service in a very timely and professional manner. Brian was very knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis thoroughly to us before beginning the work. At no point did we feel pressured. He put our minds at ease with his great customer service skills and how efficiently he was able to remediate our issue. I ordered first promotional HVAC maintenance and ended up becoming a member. And next day I ordered Plumbing maintenance. I am glad I did. Both technicians were outstanding. They really took their time to do the job and explained the need of maintenance. NOW I am waiting for airliners that included in membership! I would recommend it to anyone! Perfect company!

Great experience. Responsiveness and quality of work rated top class. Easy to schedule annual routine for plumbing service. Brian was great, he was thoughtful and explained everything in detail as he did all inspection and fixed the sink disposal that was stuck and not draining.

This is my first experience with Cardinal, I'm very impressed. I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days, and I appreciate the text and email confirmations, they even included a photo of repairman and link to track his arrival time, which is very helpful. Mark arrived on time (early actually, which was good for me), was very polite and informative, and was able to make the repair same-day, even though I was only expecting to receive an estimate.

Called Cardinal out to look at my very old AC unit. They quoted me to repair, and also to replace. Considering the age of the unit, I had Cardinal replace it, then ordered recurring HVAC checkups. So far, the experience has been positive, with courteous and professional technicians and work done well and quickly.

The company completely misdiagnosed the problem and aggressively tried to sell a new expensive system. Got a second opinion and the problem was fixed with a $30 part. I would not trust this company. The company in their response admitted to trying up-sell a system see below) - and completely misdiagnosed the problem. A quick check of the reviews confirmed this seems to be a common business tactic. Your technicians did not know what they were doing - did not fix the issue - and your deceitful business practices were not appreciated. I stand by comment that I would not recommend your company.

Our first experience with Cardinal and it was great. Tony was polite and professional. He installed new sink fixtures and a shower hose as well as finding a replacement part for a shower and installing it. We appreciate his cleaning up the area after the work was completed. Next time we need plumbing help, we'll definitely call Cardinal. Thanks!
