I have nothing but excellent experience with Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air. I started by using their plumbing service and was very happy with them and switched my AC contract from other company to them as well. And both teams are knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful.

We recently replaced both furnace. When the estimator came, he explained the types of furnace and the brands they have. A very professional team of three people came shortly after the contract was signed. Because there some issues builder didn’t take care, they also fixed those for us for the safety concern. It took them two days to complete the job and we are very happy with the team sent to us.

The team returned a week later when the roofer showed up to add a flute. Again, they work with roofer and finally complete the installation. Again, we are very happy with their work.

The only reason I gave a four star instead of five is there is a small part of cosmetic part of job was promised to be replaced and still hasn’t being done. Although the office was trying hard to contact the person to figure it out, we didn’t hear anything back. Because the entrance of attic is in my closet, so I can’t still put my closet back to how it was(I needed to take the shelves down so they can get the furnace into the attic).

They are not the least expensive one, but their technicians are all doing a great job. Just hope the communication can be smoother and they can wrap up the project as they promised. It maybe a small thing for them, but it affects my daily routine because my closet is still covered with bedsheets and some of my clothes have moved to different bedroom to wait for them to finish the last job.

From start to finish, Daniel and his assistant exceeded our expectations. He took the time to explain needed repairs and did the work with utmost attention to detail. He triple-checked for leaks and proper functionality and even gave us some helpful maintenance advice. I can tell Daniel takes pride in his work and always ensures the job is done the right way. And when a new issue was discovered before he left for the day, he fixed it on the spot. They could have easily suggested we do it another time. But for our convenience they stayed and got it done. Because of people like Daniel, we’ll be calling Cardinal Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Our Cardinal Technician arrived with mask and foot coverings, which I really appreciated. He listened attentively and fed back his understanding of the problem I described. I appreciated this enormously, since many technicians don't take input, even from intelligent (PhD, Eng) homeowners. He explained to me his diagnosis and proposed a solution, one that was guaranteed for the life of the unit (flame sensor). I feel secure that my furnace will live out its life without me having to sleep in a an arctic bedroom again. On the other hand, Cardinal has an issue scheduling appointments and communicating them to customers and/or technicians. I called Cardinal on January 5th, early in the morning. Over a period of 7-10 minutes I scheduled an appointment for the same day between 12 and 4. Our call concluded, but received a call back that the spot wasn't open. So we rescheduled for today Jan. 6 between 12 and 4. This one I have in an email. Yet I received a call today at 8:55 am saying Cardinal was on the way. The scheduler is flakey, but I'm happy my unit has been repaired.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Gary Guay and another kind technician. They came to do a simple fix for my toilet but unfortunately, an unforeseen event cascaded into a larger incident with my old water heater. Luckily I had the guys already here to help resolve it. Gary and his team helped give a great and fair price, procure parts, and replace the water heater with incredible speed. Sometimes life happens but I had a great team there to support. Would definitely recommend this organization.

Never, ever, have I been treated so well by any service organization. Zach and Brian were here to replace the valves on my bathtub that were too old and not working well. Estimate was accurate, they were both very courteous, efficient and respectful of my home, me and my pets. I had the feeling they were both very happy to be helpful and useful. Beyond that, their personalities were positive and their work stellar. Plus, they worked very well together. Very glad I called this company and more than happy with the people who were sent.

The repair job was for a small issue with the garbage disposal the company had installed for us a month prior, so they fixed it for us as soon as possible and without charge. Extremely good customer service.

Cecil has just finished the maintenance work on our heating unit. He was on time and very well informed and took the time to explain a lot of things to us. We've been using Cardinal on their yearly membership now for almost a year now as well as having them do some plumbing work for us and couldn't be happier. I like the membership because I'm too busy to schedule these things so I'm happy that call me when it is time. Every technician I've ever worked with from this company over the past year has been great: Roger, Alberto, Zack, Daniel. Great company, highly recommended

My heating wasn't working after being out of town for a few days. Cardinal came by after the time slot. He looked at the furnace for about 20 minutes and then talked to me for 45 minutes without actually giving me options for fixing it. At one point he said my wife and I could go a few days without heat since we didn't have any young children. He told me the circuit board and the blower motor were out. Chandler Plumbing and HVAC came by the next day and fixed it in 10 minutes; they said there was nothing wrong with the circuit board or blower motor. Cardinal was recommending major replacement work and telling me how it's common and easy to finance it.

Micheal of Cardinal was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He did an excellent job of explaining his inspection, what he needed to correct, and advice for me to maintain my system. I really appreciate his honest advice, and how he was able to fix my humidifier. I highly recommend Cardinal for your HVAC service.
