Excellent service and a good repair person. I am left with one question. He charged a "Level Three Diagnostic" fee but it was only five minutes to take off a faucet handle and readjust the small plastic cog piece to realign the valve. The fee seemed a little high for just good morning and good bye! He was very professional and knowledgeable and I would use Cardinal again anytime. Cordially, Daniel Shanks

Price gouging!! Please explain to me why it should cost $500 in labor to swap a kitchen sink faucet with a new one that I bought separately. They only hurt themselves cause I will not be going with their overpriced quote of $4400 for my hot water heater replacement l!

Nick and Greg were great! Cardinal came out on a Sunday and scheduled me for first thing next day for my hot water heater mess. My install and removal was quite challenging and they did an excellent job. They arrived on time and worked without breaks. Would recommend to everyone!!!

My first experience with them was great and I gave them 5 stars. Once they won my business and got me signed up for monthly maintenance for 3 HVAC systems, it all went downhill quickly. They keep blaming each other for leaving us with no air filters (2 months and counting, after their rep Marco just got rid of the old ones without replacing).

On their first HVAC visit they recommended a repair for a dysfunctional AC before the hot weather started. After 2 months of trying to reach them and waiting for the work, I spent almost $3k (twice the typical cost, but I went ahead with the hope of high quality). The issue is still not resolved and we still don’t have AC. I suspect they made me spend on an issue that was unrelated to what’s really going on. I Tried reaching them and they have been non responsive like before. Not sure what’s going on at this business that’s resulting in such an inconsistent experience.

I have never been treated this way by any company, esp having spent over 5k in total and subscribing to their maintenance plans.

Quick and responsive and the technician, Mr. J Wilson, was super friendly, extremely professional, and very detailed in his explanations about what the problem could be (upon arrival) and then what it actually was (on way out), and he was correct from the beginning. He cleaned up everything nicely and didn't dirty up any parts of the house in the process. Good and fair company and highly recommend him specifically.

Cardinal and their staff were extremely helpful and performed excellent work on installing our water softener. We've used their plumbing and HVAC services for several years now, and we continue to be pleased with their work as they just completed installation of our water softener. The installation process was a very positive experience and we are very happy with the service provided by Cardinal and their technicians!

The technician Nick, he was awesome. We had issues with both of our toilets in our condo, which ended up needing to be replaced. He explained everything in simplistic terms for people who are not a plumber, like me LOL and gave me upfront pricing down to the penny so that I knew what I was facing. He showed me the problem, what needed to be fixed, and how he would go about fixing the issues. It was a smooth transition and he was professional, polite and thorough. I really appreciate Cardinal plumbing.

Cardinal Plumbing was great, we contracted with them for a full replumbing of our home after a pipe burst occurred on the second floor damaging all of the first floor and basement. They were very attentive, came out for the estimate quickly, and we're able to fully replace within 2 days of acceptance. I'd highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Brian O and Alex G from Cardinal plumbing have been to my house 3 times and have been awesome every single time. Cardinal plumbing looks like they invest a lot into their employees and it shows with the quality of workmanship they have done each time they have worked on our house.
Brian explains everything in great detail for the work we want done and all the pros and cons that go along with it. Alex has assisted him every time and they work really well together. We got quotes from a few other plumbers, but after it all, we felt the most comfortable with Cardinal Plumbing and we will definitely be working with them for all future plumbing and HVAC.
