They were absolutely fantastic, professional, answered all my questions (there were a lot), and in general crushed it. Was very happy with them.

I use Cardinal for both my own home as well as for properties I am flipping. Ever since I found this company, I don't bother with anyone else. They are 5 stars across the board. I see Cecile the most and he is just fantastic. I feel so well taken care of and never taken advantage of. I should mention tho that every technician I've encountered from Cardinal has been professional, respectful, knowledgeable, & thorough. They take the time to explain any issues in real language as well as what services they have performed in detail. You are presented with options whenever possible in terms of "good, better or best" repairs, which I truly appreciate. Also, it doesn't matter when I call or what it's about - they always send someone either same day or next day. And the follow up customer service is top notch as well! I worry that by posting such a stellar review they might become too busy, but this company deserves the accolades.

Shawn worked to find a faucet system with local manufacturers so that our bathroom was ready for guests to visit! Thank you for repairing within 48 hours!

Cardinal never disappoints. Jack performed our spring plumbing inspection. As with all our Cardinal interactions we learn a lot during the visit. He was super courteous and professional and gave us a few tips for the coming year. Great service, great plumber.

I would give Cardinal Plumbing and Tony De Mar 10 stars if it were possible. I called Cardinal because I had water coming from a drain pipe in my basement. Tony came out, took a look, told me it was the emergency or overflow drain for my washing machine on the 2nd floor. There is an overflow drain below the washing machine that sends water directly down through a pipe that feeds into the basement drain. He said that the problem was that my washing machine was leaking.

I called the appliance company with which I have a maintenance contract for the machine. They sent out someone who maintained that the washing machine didn't leak, that I needed to call a plumber. After researching, I felt that another washing machine technician was required to investigate more thoroughly than the first person had done. This person came out and again maintained I needed to call a plumber.

So I called Cardinal back. Tony came out and investigated and said it had to be the washing machine but there was no way to know for sure without getting the washing machine (a washer/dryer combo) out of the closet something that requires 2 people. He called someone who could come the next day to help so Tony returned to my house the following morning with a second person. They got the washing machine out of the closet and tested it. And there it was leaking and leaking far more water than anticipated. I am so grateful to Tony for doing such a thorough job and not giving up until he got to the root of the problem. And I'm lucky that he had washing machine expertise to go along with his plumbing expertise.

I have been using Cardinal for plumbing and HVAC for a number of years now. Today Daniel came out. He was an all around nice guy. And was on my side to get the work done as quickly and economically as possible. It's great to now be able to take a sure without water accumulating in the tub.

Easy to schedule an appointment and the technicians are very knowledgeable and professional. They do a great job communicating an estimate and the arrival time before they everyvstep in the door. You also get a picture of the technician who is on their way. They have helped me a lot with my whole house water filter system.

Everyone that worked on my HVAC Installation (Michael, Jairo, and Joe) was professional and very helpful!

We had a clog in our basement floor drain. Our home warranty company sent out a totally inexperienced technician from another company who did not fix the issue, tried to charge us for unnecessary services and caused more damage. We are SO thankful and lucky to have found Cardinal plumbing. They sent their technician, Jake. He came on time, was courteous and wore a mask the whole time. He went above and beyond to answer/fix all our concerns. He quickly and easily fixed the clogged drain, and repaired the additional damage all for a very fair price. It was such a pleasure working with him and we will be calling and requesting Jake for all our future plumbing needs!! Thank you, thank you!!

My water heater was almost 10 years old and started leaking from the gas valve. I called Cardinal Plumbing and a technician arrived promptly. The technician was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided a price quote to repair my current tank or replace it with a new tank. I opted to replace it.

I would highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing based on the timeliness of the service and the professionalism and quality of work of the technician. My one major reservation is that the price for the new water heater and installation was extremely high. Before using Cardinal Plumbing again, I would get multiple price quotes from other plumbers before proceeding.
