I could not recommend them more! Quinton Installed a new thermostat and furnace for us and I will from now on only use this company after my experience! Quinton was super responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and help me choose what was best for what I needed. The place was left clean and he walked me through everything. The install was fast and I am super happy with all my new products! Thank you thank you Quinton! You are the best!

Chris and his team were genuinely excellent. They replaced the water main from the sidewalk to the house, and replaced the shut-off valve. They were timely, quick, adapted to difficult challenges in the trenching, and were very friendly and educational, showing what they were doing and describing the implications of any changes. 5/5, would absolutely hire again!

Plumbing Utah Heating and Air provided excellent service. Our Hospital had an outdoor natural gas leak and Plumbing Utah responded quickly after we placed the call. Customer service was great, the price was reasonable, and the work was excellent. Brandon scheduled a repair that kept our Patients and Staff safe and allowed us to continue their care. This company is outstanding!! Last night our A\C failed and it was 9 p.m. when I called and I got a real person and then I got a call right back from our original installer and he was there the next morning and had it going again. This kind of service was not the first time but EVERYTIME! Usually you get the royal treatment during the purchase process but after you are treated second rate as they are on to the next customer, not here it is just the opposite! When you buy a system you become part of the family and have priority over potential clients. I know they fit me into an already full schedule FIRST IN LINE! Leo has been the face of the company for the two years since our purchase. He sold us our system, explained everything and gave practical recommendations, fit us into his schedule and installed the system. I am a total hands on guy and he explained everything about it and walked me through it all. It was late fall so we never fired up the A/C so he made sure we called him in Spring when we wanted to use it so he could make sure everything was good. No Charge! Try that with someone else, it won't happen. It's a pleasure to do business with a company like this. Thanks Leo!

we had a major leak and broken line. they were so fast at getting everything fixed! in less than a week not only was the leak taken care of, but they updated my plumbing, and installed a new water heater! they really went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of!

Great experience! Cody was very professional, he was on time, and helped us figure out what was causing a leak under our sink. He explained the issue clearly and what was causing it. He also helped tighten our faucet handle. Very thankful for Cody’s help and his expertise!

Aaron and Matt came to help me determine the source of a leak. In the process, they discovered other potential plumbing problems. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful and kind. I would highly recommend them! I'd give them a higher rating if I could!

I called Utah Plumbing with a list of services needed. They were able to send someone out same day for a free estimate. Pricing was competitive. Shawn was scheduled to perform the work the next day with a one hour arrival window (no sitting around the house all day waiting!). Shawn provided friendly and professional. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself. Everything looks great and works well.

Leo came out this morning to inspect our 15 year old furnace and discovered that we had a cracked heating element that was leaking. He talked me through the options, and we decided to have the entire furnace replaced. He gave me a quote and I was able to schedule the replacement for the same day. Quinton took the lead on the replacement and had everything done by the late afternoon. Everyone was courteous and professional, and they cleaned everything up at the end. Highly recommended!
