I had the furnace inspected some time ago and was advised that it may stop any day; old system, cracks, leaks, etc.
I decided to replace the furnace and the A/C while it’s warm and dry outside, instead of ending up with a busted furnace when it’s a foot of snow outside. I had two bids from reputable companies and was ready to chose one of them. When I mentioned my plans to a relative, he indicated that he had used his brother’s recommendation to work with Bijan, and that I should talk to him. As I value these guys’ opinion, I called Bijan. He came at the appointed time and we discussed my needs.
He explained the benefits of the hi tech, multi-stage appliances, as well as the drawbacks. Per his suggestion I opted for a less complicated furnace and A/C unit, which also saved me several thousands of dollars.
We agreed to have the job done at 10 am a couple days after. In the morning he had already the parts delivered. He and his crew came at 10 am, and were out at 2 pm. We had a new furnace and a new A/C unit.
He also advised how to apply with Dominion Energy for the rebate.
I called Bijan a couple of months after as I had some questions. Again, he responded immediately, came the appointed time, took his time to answer my questions and concerns.
The installation was in October 2022, but I waited for some time to make sure that there are no problems before submitting the review.
Based on my 3 meetings with Bijan, and the service he provided I can say that he is a man of his word, prompt, and responsive if you need him.
He provided quality and friendly service.

What a great experience! The gentleman that came out to fix the heating unit was extremely nice and knowledgeable of our problem. Great personality, he went through the steps of telling us what the problem was and what to do every 3 months. I will use this company over and over again. Summit), and was in constant need of tune ups, replacements, and repairs of rental property HVAC systems. Over the years I had worked with many different Heating and AC contractors. I have used Bijan for years. He is my go-to for both heating and AC. He always returns my calls quickly and gives me an honest assessment of what might be going on. Just had to call him because our heat went out; he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had it working in less than 15 minutes.

When our furnace died, we were forced to work with Allserve by Landmark Home Warranty. The repairman immediately told us it would cost $2k out-of-pocket and wrote up a bid that involved $800 for sheet metal and other nonsense. We requested a second bid, but Landmark refused.

Allserve installed a new furnace, but the repairman didn’t install it right. It took him 2 weeks and 4 visits to make this BRAND NEW furnace work. During that time, we had to use our gas fireplace as our only source of heat, and our baby burned his hand on the glass. The repairman was very rude. All he ever said was, "I don't make the furnaces," and "Just turn on some space heaters. You'll be fine." He didn't even believe us when we said the furnace wasn't working until we told him there were three blinking lights on the control panel. Also, his sheet metal job looks very low quality.

Finally, he got the heater working on the 4th visit. No apologies or admission of error. I would not work with this company again. I've also canceled my home warranty with Landmark.

This company is a joke, and they are completely dishonest. We were forced to work with them through our home warranty company. They were scheduled to come out and fix the blower for the AC and never showed up. After fighting with the home warranty people they eventually got these guys to show up 3 days later.

After they arrived they replaced the blower and the capacitor, and turned it on manually to check it. Then quickly left. When we went to run the AC later in the day it did not work. The blower would not turn on. We called them back immediately, and they refused to come out to look at it that same day. So we had to wait another day for them to come back out.

Once they arrived a day later (we had been without AC for 5 days now) they quickly looked at the unit and said our furnace control board was bad now. They said they would bypass the board so we had AC and we would have to contact the home warranty people again to replace the furnace now.

About a month later the temperature was dropping into the 50's at night so we reached out to the home warranty people again to get someone out to fix the furnace this time. They scheduled this same company again. We got a call from the owner telling us that they would try to come out the next day, but if the temperature was too high they would not be doing any work. Well, they never showed up and never called. The warranty company even tried to contact them again and never heard back.

Two days later we get a new company assigned and they come out to check our furnace. Much to their surprise All Serve had screwed us, and had totally messed up the wiring in the furnace. To the point that the new technician could not believe what they had done. The new tech informed us that the way they left it was a potential fire hazard since they had bypassed all the safety features built in.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Our AC went out when temperatures were between 96-102 degrees, so we called our warranty company and they sent out a different HVAC company in the SL Valley. They diagnosed our problem and said that we needed to replace our entire compressor, drain all the freon and recharge the entire system. Based on my experience with this individual, my gut was telling me to get a second opinion. We called our warranty company back and let them know that we were not satisfied with the answer and something felt off based on his diagnosis and what he was telling us. The cost was going to be close to 2k, which we would be responsible for just over $500 of that cost for the recharge of the freon. Our warranty company then sent out All Serve Heating and Air, LLC. Bijac came out late afternoon and found the problem within minutes! He had replaced a $20 part that was bad (capacitor) and recharged 2lbs of freon. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and saved me a tremendous amount of money. Dealing with the insurance company we were out of AC for 10 days due to the other HVAC company diagnosis and parts ordering. Again, All Serve fixed it in less than 30 min. I would definitely recommend them based off my experience for this repair.

This company is terrible. They are contracted through our home warranty company. The tech was an hour late without calling and said that the road to my home was closed and he wouldn’t make it to my house. Not true, traffic was down to one lane for construction but he wouldn’t wait for the flagger to let him through. I took the road after he said it was closed and I just waited 4 minutes.

He spent 5 minutes diagnosing my AC which he said the coil needed to be cleaned. He said that he was too busy to do it and we would have to pay someone else $300-$400 to do it. When I asked about the compressor he said it had 5 years left of service and was fine. He also said the Freon levels were adequate . I told him I had looked at the compressor and it was not “fine”. It would start and clearly struggle and then die multiple times. Then it would not start.

I asked how he could say the compressor was fine after listening to it and he said he had 25 years of experience. He told me not to get “taken for granted by someone else” I finished by asking why he didn’t clean the coil it that was the problem. He explained he was only there to diagnose which is a clear contradiction of what my warranty company told me. I asked what I was supposed to do and he said to pay someone $20 to clean it.

This did it for me and I hung up. I was left with a broken AC on a Friday afternoon with a late term pregnant wife and kids at my house. This is the worst service I’ve ever received. The warranty company sent another tech and he stated the whole AC unit needed to be replaced including the compressor and coil. Don’t use this lazy, horrible excuse for a “service company”.

After looking at further reviews, one 5 star review came from the owner of the company and another from a lady with the same last name as the owner. That doesn’t look shady.

Service personnel showed up on time but did not check anything and left with a recommendation of coil cleanup. Sounded fishy - how someone can recommend without even checking it? Call to schedule the coil cleanup - they would not respond. We Call another company and they fix it with simple filter change. Do not trust this company unless you get lucky with rare good service professional. I would not recommend.
