We were having problems with our furnace earlier in the year. This was the company sent out by the home owner warranty company. He said the furnace had to be replaced. I wasn't pleased that they replaced a Bryant furnace with a lower quality furnace but I was just glad to have a furnace that worked so I didn't complain. I did find that after it was replaced I wasn't getting a very good airflow through my vents but just let it be. Then came AC season, my Ac kept freezing up and our house is staying around 80-85 degrees inside. With only 1 day left on my warranty I called and once again it was a tech from this company that came out. It took him a couple days before he could come out. I was more than a little bothered that after spending only about 10 minutes looking at my unit his "diagnosis" was that I have a terrible vent system and the all of the ductwork need to be replaced. "what!!! This house is 18 years old its been ok up to now", he kept telling me he has been doing this for 25 year and he knows and he left. I gave up trying to work with the warranty company and called a AC company that I knew I could trust. It is a busy time of year so they were finally able to come out yesterday and found what the problem was. When the furnace was replaced they never secured the sheetmetal that connects the furnace with the AC coil duct system, the front panel was taped down but the 2 side were literally blowing in the wind and the back panel was never replaced sitting nicely on the ground with all of the old tape still on it. So all of the hot and cold air was going nowhere but inside my furnace closet!!

I called my home warranty company who referred All-Serve to me. It normally takes 24 hours for someone to call back. He called within 10 minutes found out that my AC was out and immediately came over. He had it fixed within an hour!! I cannot thank him enough for being so kind and for coming out so quickly! I would recommend All-Serve to anyone!

I was really pleased with the service I received today on my ac unit! The gentleman that came out to my house was extremely informative and honest. He didn’t sell me anything I didn’t need when he knew it would be a quick fix on my ac unit. I would definitely recommend him and this company to everyone and we will continue to do business with them in the future.

The technician was in the home under ten minutes when we were having issues with our furnace.he seemed not to care granted we went through a home warranty. Told us the circuit board was bad... but the AC was running when he got here. Told the warranty place something different than he told us. Also, he told us he doesn’t work on our brand of furnace so why send him out at all. Very disappointed would not recommend.

I would not recommend all serve services, to anyone. Their Rep. Has one thing in mind, and thats to sell you everything he possibly can. According to him, I had no option, but purchase a whole new system. I got a second opinion, and two hours later my unit was up and running, and the gentleman, diagnosed the problem as a bad motor.easy fix, and much less expensive.

Tried to schedule an AC Tuneup through our home warranty, All Serve was assigned for the dispatch but was not responsive, every time we called to have them schedule a time to come in they would try to push it off. Call again next week, etc etc. After back and forth and 3 weeks later they finally decided to come and do the "tuneup." Was there for less than 5 minutes, said if the a/c didn't blow cold anymore have them refill the refrigerant. Waste of time and $60. Avoid at all costs

PJ came over and fixed my furnace. He did an amazing job everything works great now. And he is super reasonable on his prices. Highly recommend going with him to fix your issues.
