He was extremely helpful over the phone, on a Saturday during this current heat wave. He troubleshooted and was able to make time the following Monday during his busy schedule to diagnose the issue and had the parts available to repair and complete project. Did this within a half hour of being on site.

My water heater “died” on a Friday evening. I had family arriving the next day and needed to get it replaced as soon as possible. My neighbor who has used BJ for years recommended I call him. I called BJ and he said he would be there Saturday morning at 8. He arrived promptly at 8 and had a new water heater installed by 11 am. His prices are very reasonable His cost was less than Home Depot for a smaller tank with installation for an after hours job. I would have been waiting for over a week for HD to install it. I use BJ for maintenance with all of our major appliances.

man how can people give good reviews to this guy. Extremely Shady and not honest at all. Lies about everything that is going on. He kept trying to stay alone in the basement... kept telling me keep me a few minutes hinting to leave him alone... what for? I had to get a second opinion and it was completely different. A liar and a thief. Stay away from him.
