I had a broken pipe in my basement and Aaron came over to assess the need he was fast, personable and good at what he does. In the follow-up repair appointment he and Jake were great, cleaned up their mess and even went above and beyond to put protective nail plates in the studs to the keep the piping safe from drywall nails. Top-rate service. I will be calling them again.

Chris and Aaron with Plumbing Utah Heating & Air were awesome. When they got here we discussed what the problem was and they immediately got to work. My leak was in a very difficult spot to get too, and they took great care not to damage any of the landscaping in my yard. Once the leak was exposed they showed me what they used to fix it, and then pressure tested the fix while I was standing there. It was barely over 24 hours from the time we had our water shutoff until the time Plumbing Utah had it repaired. Great customer service, and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for plumbing services.

We had a leak in our water main line that caused our water usage to skyrocket. Brandon came out to find the leak and didn't charge us for the detection when he quickly determined it was right next to the meter. He sent out his team (Chris, Crosby, and Jordan) and they fixed it in a day without digging up the sidewalk, which saved us even more money. They even took the time to remove some gravel before digging and replaced it after the repair so it looks like it was never dug up. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Plumbing Utah came and did a number of projects on my house: Replaced my entire sewer main, added a water pressure regulator, fixed my water heater, and fixed part of my sprinkler main.

The good: The work they did was good and I always felt like they were honest and didn't seek to take advantage of me. Brandon comes off as a real good guy who means well for his customers.

I ran into a handful of issues during the few days Plumbing Utah was working at my home.

With the initial scope and quote, my toilet had to be removed. I was told that they would give me a brand new toilet and fix my toilet when they started work. I had to ask on three separate occasions for somebody to fix my toilet, and it wasn't until days after the project was finished that somebody could come out and fix it. I never did get that new toilet, but it was such a hassle to have my original toilet fixed, I didn't feel like begging for help again.

I had to continuously cleanup their lunch trash. Every day they left, I would find soda cups, fast food bags, straws, etc. left in my yard.

Understandably, during my sewer replacement, some of my sprinkler pipes were broken from use of the excavator. This isn't a huge deal, but I was told that they wouldn't fix it since my sprinklers were not up to code.

After they left, I also found that additional sprinkler lines + sprinkler heads were broken from the excavator. Again, I understand that it happens, but I was told it would be fixed originally - and then at the end the offer was reneged since my sprinklers were not to code.

A few days after my sewer line was replaced, the next Saturday, my water main started flooding the street. Plumbing Utah kindly made time for me and fixed the issue first thing Monday morning. However, when this was done, they bypassed my stop and waste by running a new water main and once again told me, that because my system was not to code, they would not be helping fix it.

Not once during this process was I offered any solutions (or pricing) on what it would take to fix my sprinkler system to get me to code - I distinctly remember being told by Aaron that I would need to call an irrigation company, and that they would not be able to help me fix it. I felt like my concerns were brushed aside and that they were ready to be done with my house and move onto the next project. I wanted at least the broken PVC fixed (should have been a 10 minute fix for these guys), but again I was told since it wasn't up to code, I was out of luck.

I watched some YouTube videos and learned how to fix the broken PVC on my own, but it was frustrating that numerous parts of my yard were left broken and untouched. In addition to a nonfunctional sprinkler system, they left broken PVC, old sewer pipe, flower bed edging, and other trash once they completed the project.

I now have to take on a massive project of either fixing everything on my own, or hiring out to have this fixed. Plumbing Utah finally did come back and offer to fix everything, but I am not super happy with the way that things ended previously.

Aaron was awesome! We called around 5:30 on valentines night and was told a tech would be there between 7-8. Aaron arrived 30 minutes early at 6:30 and helped us fix our leak and looked at our HVAC system! He also helped us identify some other issues with some of the pipes/ducting and we were very grateful. Will definitely use these guys as our go to HVAC and plumbing specialists!

We had water under LVP flooring. Adam from Plumbing Utah came out and traced the problem to our dishwasher. He was very professional and we were very satisfied with the work he did.

They have great reviews so I contacted them about a clogged drainpipe. This proved to be a much bigger job needed extensive work and installation. Both Aaron for plumbing, and Daniel for sheetrock repair and painting were true gentleman and told me how things were progressing constantly. Be prepared, they are going to tell you if other things associated with your systems are not safe or up to code, and tell you what your options are. I ended up replacing all water and drain lines, my water heater, furnace, and AC. My downstairs bathroom was a mess and not really functional and so I replaced my tub with a new shower unit and also my toilet and sink. This was a costly job but I totally feel good that my house is much better, safer, and that value has been added to the property. All thier workers are very polite and professional and do anything they can to meet your needs even when that is difficult. I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.

Did a complete repipe on my manufactured home and I'm 100% satisfied. Brandon gave me a fair deal while also getting the job done in 2 days. Jake and David, who did the install, were very professional and polite. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had an issue with my water heater on a Saturday afternoon so I called Plumbing Utah Heating & Air and they came over right away. Aaron was our plumber and he was super helpful and went above and beyond with answering my questions in addition to quickly repairing my water heater. I would definitely use Plumbing Utah Heating & Air again.

I have been working with David and Aaron since having a basement flood in January and at all times they have been responsive, flexible, helpful/insightful, and done excellent work on a variety of structures throughout the property. They've been professional and respectful every moment along the way too. The basement flood has essentially been a catalyst to do a lot of work/revisions that were under discussion but hadn't yet been committed to. Aaron has been the point-person most recently and he has done an excellent job communicating, letting me know about any schedule changes as soon as he knows about them, and the work he has done has been excellent. I've worked with a number of plumbers related to properties in another state and David, Aaron, and this organization are easily in the 99th percentile in terms of communication, skillset, and desire/eagerness to plan and execute work in a timely manner. They have done a phenomenal job thus far and I'm very much looking forward to working with them more in the months and years to come.
