I called Brandon and his team for help with what i thought would be just tracing out an old water main. Instead it turned into quite the gnarly project for a new Water main to one house and setting up for another house in the back yard. Brandon and his team showed up on time and spent long hours in the cold before thanksgiving making sure the Water Main replacement was done correctly, and professionally. I have never been so impressed with a company like this from the prompt "we can help" attitude, to the quality of the installation.

Chris (the Foreman) was an excellent leader, and made sure I knew where they were and what the plans were.

Aaron came out last year and installed a new water heater and garbage disposal. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. The quality of work was very good. The front office was easy to get a hold of and Aaron was very punctual with appointments.

We had Aaron out again today to evaluate a water hammer issue. The fix was easy enough that he suggested I do it myself and took the time to walk me through the whole process and show me on my phone what parts to buy. He was willing to fix it himself, but I appreciate that he was looking out for me and trying to save me money.

I contacted Plumbing Utah late last week with a leak in my shower handles and spout.

They were quick to respond Via Facebook and got me in touch with the owner who was quick to provide me with a reasonable quote.

We were able to get a date scheduled for Tuesday of this week, unfortunately, another customer had an emergency so they had to shuffle some jobs around; while with most other Plumbers that would be an issue, they took the time to call me the night before to let me know, and were very apologetic during the call. We re-scheduled for Wednesday.

I received a call prior to them driving over, and they made sure to let me know the time it would take to get to my home to get the job done.

Coco was the plumber who showed up, and he was very polite, punctual, and funny.

Unfortunately, while he tore into my faucet handles, he found there was corrosion that caused it to be a bit tougher than it would normally be, but, a couple phone calls later he got everything set up and ready to go. But, that's not where things ended, unfortunately, the main valve was going bad. After he tried everything in his power to make the original fix work, we determined that a replacement valve was needed.

I got on the phone with the owner, Brandon, who talked me through the pricing, they assisted me with trying to get financing (Old medical bills wouldn't let it go through, unfortunately), so, he worked with me on it. The price though higher than the original job I had hired them to do, was fair, and he bent over backwards to make sure I was happy.

They came out promptly today (The following day) got the valve replaced, a new handle and spout in, and it looks beautiful.

Brandon and his team go over and beyond what other plumbers I've dealt with have offered. I have found my new go-to guys after searching for the last 6 years after my old plumber moved.

I'd definitely recommend Plumbing Utah to anyone.

UPDATE: Round 2 with Pluming Utah:

I had Plumbing Utah come out again today to install a PRV per their recommendation.

Brandon, the owner, was again, very kind when I spoke with him, as was his main office when I called to schedule.

David, the plumber, was VERY prompt, courteous, polite, and quick at his job.

He was in and out and cleaned up after himself.

I can say that they are now my go-to plumbers, I am grateful to have found such an amazing company to work with.

Update: Daniel just came by to service our toilet that was leaking and did an amazing job. He was respectful, up front, on time, and friendly. His helper wasn't quite as nice or as patient with the fact that I'm high risk, but, still got the job done.

I appreciate them greatly.

We lost heat in our house 4 days ago and couldn’t find anybody to come help us out even after contacting our home insurance. We finally called up these guys and they were so amazing to work with us. We were concerned about not being able to pay for the new furnace we needed after our kitchen sink waste pipe broke and flooded the furnace. These guys were so amazing and patient to work with our insurance company to get everything approved! We truly cannot thank them enough. Edgar and Osvaldo were out this morning for an estimate and were able to come back the same day a few hours later after the insurance company approved the claim and installed a totally new furnace for us! We will now be saving so much money with the right sized furnace and an energy efficient furnace! We feel so blessed to have found such an amazing company with such amazing service. Edgar and Osvaldo stayed extra to work with tech support on making sure the furnace settings were correct for the size of our house, truly the most awesome service you can get! It really felt like they were family as they worked away to make sure everything was perfect and 100% safe. Any service we need in the future, we will definitely give them a call! Great service! He was quick to respond back and super easy to schedule with online. We needed our kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher set-up. He was by far the best pricing we could find after comparing multiple quotes. The service was one-time, fast, and a quality job was completed. We will definitely be using his services in the future.

My water heater started leaking and Plumbing Utah was able to get someone out to install a replacement really quickly. I ended up upgrading my water heater from a 40 gallon tank to a tankless system and Aaron did an amazing job. He not only did quick work considering the amount of work that had to be done, but it’s also very cleanly done. The end result looks great and it’s really nicely organized, not to mention safe and up to code. It’s a huge upgrade from what I was dealing with before!

We had garbage disposal downstairs kitchen and upstairs kitchen replaced and a new double sided sink placed upstairs kitchen with new faucet an pipes under sink. Darek came around 9:30 and had both jobs completed by 11:45. Very fast friendly and affordable. He is my forever plumber.

Aaron and Brighton installed dual valves under the sink for the refrigerator and dishwasher that are coming and also put a box in for laundry. They were knowledgeable, did great work, and very professional and courteous. I was thankful they could come quickly and fit my projects in!

Definitely a great experience! Derek was very knowledgeable and informative. Quick to save me money and make sure there were not future issues. Will call them with any of my plumbing issues and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a last minute emergency leak in the shower. They sent Aaron over to fix the job and he was great! He completed everything in a timely manner and was more than helpful. We appreciated all he did!
