Connect was great! Had someone out to repair our AC within two hours. Wes quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it. He was friendly and professional. We now have AC again with temperatures going into triple digits this week. Thank you Wes and Connect!

From my recent experience with Connect, I wish I could say that I was genuinely impressed, but I can honestly say that I was not! Initially when I called, I thought this would be really good company, and that I may have found a decent sub-contractor to do work on my home. In 17 years of remodeling my home, I would say that 90-95% of the sub-contractors I have used have done poor quality work, and in some cases completely unreasonable on price. Recently I had Connect put in a new toilet in my home, and also replace a bathroom fan. Neither of these items are highly technical in my opinion. The toilet leaked into my downstairs on the first night, and the bathroom fan was also a problem. I will say that Connect sent the technicians back to my home the next day, to fix the issues which I appreciated, but what frustrates me is that the bathroom fan literally was hanging out of the ceiling on one side, and after the toilet was reset, I had to ask to have the toilet straightened out. It may seem trivial, but I shouldn't have to ask that something be installed straight, and I shouldn't have to ask to put a 2/4 between the joists to secure the fan box. The fan install came in at $650.00 which completely shocked me. I called and talked to their service manager, and all he could say is they bid residential by the job and not the hour. Regardless, that came out to over $300.00 per hour. I know attorneys who don't charge that much per hour. In the end, both items came out to $950.00 which is no value in my opinion. Especially, when I had to ask for the work to be corrected!

Had plumber to our home in 2 hours and completed the job in 2 hours.

Adam was professional, friendly, competent, clean, literally everything one would want when inviting a plumber into your home.

Adam was a great technician. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and good sense of humor. He helped me understand my A/C that is very old and how it is still working quite well.

Jason answered the phone on the weekend and made sure I was taken care of with my house repair on a Saturday. They did everything as promised until the fixes were done. Also the office is very nice and helpful. Very reasonably priced, we will happily recommend them!

Jason, Dominique and Drake were an incredible team today as they spent nearly eight hours in sub-20 degree temps repairing a water main leak on our property. They hit a couple blockers on the project and worked through them to get our lines repaired and water back on same day.

The crew was friendly and Jason was GREAT to explain what had happened, what needed to be fixed and how it would be done.

I loved the text notifications I received from CONNECT about the service personnel that were dispatched and I enjoyed getting to know a little about each of them.

Scott and Jason came out and removed an obstruction from our hallway bathroom toilet. They both were so nice, honest and fair on their price. I highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonably price .

Scott Dickerson was not only on time but a little early! He fixed the bathtub drain, running toilet and leaking faucet all in under 3 hours and that included going to get a new faucet. He wore booties in the house and called me by name. Very respectful!

They always do a good job. Im pretty sure they're more expensive than the lowest bid would be, but I know they will do a good job and do it correctly, so I figure the cost is worth it.
