It was easy to set up an appointment online. Communication was excellent, I received confirmation of my appointment immediately and another the next day. The day of my appointment I received a call from Schawn, saying he was available earlier than my appointment time, and asked if that would be ok. I actually had another company that was supposed to show up at that time and didn’t. Schawn was friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns without making me feel dumb. He was very respectful. I did not feel like he was gouging me with the price in the estimate, he did not give me a long list of extras that I don’t need just to fatten his wallet. I think the estimate is fair and I hope to begin my project soon! Thanks Schawn!!!

Schawn was great! He got our sink installed and the leak from our washing machine fixed in less time than he thought it would take, so he charged us less than he had bid the job for. It is great to know an honest plumber that does good quality, efficient work. We highly recommend his service & will call him again if we need plumbing help.

James (the technician) was so good with my little hooligans running around him and nicely taught me all about how to care for my furnace. Definitely recommend.

They gave us an awesome quote, worked with their team for the install... had no problems or issues... fixed small little problems that weren't part of the service without question and for FREE... walked thru and educated us on what we needed to know and do with our new system. Had a great experience with Donovan diagnosing an weird electrical problem. He brought in the senior electrician who found a problem with the neutral wire. They fixed it, patched things up, and everything is working well. Very professional. Would call again.

I am very pleased with the level of service I received from this company. The technician (Ken) recently did some HVAC work and was excellent to work with. He arrived exactly when scheduled and wasted no time.

During the process of zoning my AC/heating, he discovered some of the ducting was smaller in diameter than the part he had. But, no fret! He immediately went out to find the correct materials and returned shortly after to finish the job.

I was extremely impressed with the care and cleanliness of his work. He ensured everything was finished and done right. No corners were cut and all commitments were kept. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company. I would highly recommend!

I like how Connect sent a text with the picture of my technician that would be coming to my house. Braden was respectful and thorough. He answered and explained what he was doing and why and answered all of my questions. His service was above and beyond what I expected.
