Called Connect today and the dispatcher was very helpful. Lucky for us, a customer had just called and cancelled their appointment. Had a tech to our house within 2 hours. Very professional. Called and texted when he was on his way. Justin was great. Fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Appreciate the quick service to fix our air conditioner.

Well they sent me an SMS asking for this so here we go.

They had one tech that was a great guy and worked to try to fix the issue a few times, he really is a fine person.

However, my house in the summer gets 90 in one room and 65 in the other. They said they would install a return upstairs to help but did it mid stair case after cutting 15 holes in my freshly painted house. It was a fantastic feeling walking in seeing that. After paying all that money to have it painted only to find them cutting into wall after wall to mess it up. Then tell me they don't repair or repaint it. "Gephardt approved" process I guess.

Here is the best part, that same room that gets 90 in the summer also is 65 in the winter so the rest of the house is in the mid 80's.

This was a problem that they knew I had with the old system but hey "We give a 100 satisfaction guarantee and fix this issue in tri level houses all the time" and will put in a bigger better system that will fix that issue and put that return upstairs to fix it, we will even increase the size of the current returns to help.

Then after a summer of ducking my calls they come back out to quote me again on a new return upstairs and a new vent for the attic.

All this did was get me call after call not returned, one great tech trying to help that seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth now too. My recommendation would be to avoid doing business with them at all costs. Because now I have to spend $3000 for a return and insulation, just to pay $3000 more for the painting to be redone again.......

I would not do business with them again or recommend anyone ever working with them. I have given them 2 years of we will get back to you, its just to by time to say I am out of warranty it feels.

Great communication skills. Loved having Connect guys in my house they kept me up to date on what they were doing and any issue that I had they would come out earlier then scheduled to get the problem dealt with and figured out. Connect is the best Heating and Air company I have ever had. I will DEFINITELY use them again and referee them to anyone who needs Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing. Great bunch of guys. Hard workers.

Great deal on two furnaces (of my choice) and AC unit for same price as their "pet" company. Very difficult space in the house, but they made it work, within code. Took several days more than anticipated (of steady work) but didn't change original bid. Good customer follow up, too.

We had several bids for a total replacement of our furnace and AC. Not only was the sales rep right on time but he gave us a very competitive bid. We chose Connect because we knew they would take care of us, now and down the road.
The installers helped us find a great solution to moving some ductwork. We were afraid of the mess and clean up it would make after but that was very minimal. We couldn't be more pleased!
When we used the furnace the first time, there were a few issues. The installers came right out and fixed it and assured us that if anything else went wrong they would replace any/all bad parts at no cost.
We had a follow-up visit a couple weeks later and the rep covered our AC for us for the winter and discussed any concerns. Overall we are very pleased. I would recommend Connect to anyone.

We had 4 other companies come give us an estimate before Connect Air. As soon as Shawen was finished going over everything we signed a contract right on the spot! They are knowledgeable, not only about equipment, how large we needed, but installation is over 50% of it. They had immediate suggestions on installation they would include with their package! They were professional, considerate of our time and our home. We are VERY SATISFIED with Connect and what we ended up with!

Really impressed with their tech and the way they run their business. I found some coupons for an AC tune up in a valpak, and decided to go with their company because I saw it had the 'Gepharht approved' on it over other companies I had dealt with in the past. Not only was Nick, the tech that came out informative, and clearly knew his work but he was personable and fun too. In fact everyone I had spoken to, when booking the appointment and later when they had an opening and were able to schedule me sooner, we're all nice. From what I was able to gather it is a stand up company that takes cares of its customers and employees. Even better they do more than just heating and air, so these guys are definitely my new go to over Whipple or Any-Hour.

Schawn did an amazing job adding an additional water heater to our home! He had to move the water softener to make it fit. His attention to detail, cleanliness and care were very evident in his work. We would highly recommend connect for any work needed in Your home!!

Office manager was very helpful in setting up my appointment, I received an email confirming my appointment, the day of my appointment I received a text stating my technician was scheduled to arrive between the hours of such and such. The technician was held up on a previous project and I received a phone call explaining the delay, when the tech was on his way he texted me (along with his picture) to let me know he would be there shortly. The technician was very friendly and courteous, he explained what the issues were with my furnace, gave me an estimate on the costs and told me he would have to get the parts, as he did not have the parts needed for the repairs. He asked me to call the office the following morning (office was closed at the time) if I wanted to have him proceed with the work and set up the return appointment. Making the 2nd appointment was as easy as the first and so was the repairs. Very pleased with the service, the repairs were what was quoted to me. I will use Connect Heating and Air again and will recommend them to family and friends.

I was in dire need of help with my AC!!! It was so hot out and I just wanted to cool off. I searched and searched for a company that was honest and respectable. After having numerous quotes, Brady with Connect Building Services was the perfect one for the job! He was honest and did not give me the run around. His quote was much lower and only included the things that were necessary to do the job. He got the job done quickly and accurately so that I would have no worries. This company is amazing. I have and always will refer them to anyone who needs help with their air conditioning. Much appreciation!!!!
