I am so happy we decided to use this company. On Sunday afternoon, we realized our outside air unit was no longer working. I called Plumbing UT, and they sent a tech, Leo, to the house first thing this morning. He discussed all of our options, and we decided going with a new unit was best. Within a couple of hours, he had our new unit installed, and our house is now like an ice box! Leo, thank you so much for your professionalism and responsiveness! Couldn’t have asked for a better tech or company to work with! Thanks again!

Plumbing Utah worked hard to find and fix our problem and were incredibly fair. We purchased a new hot water heater from them and started having trouble with it a month later. They came right away and we thought the problem was fixed. When the issue continued the next day, they were quick to respond worked until they found the problem. It was nothing they did-it was faulty piping. They came the following day and put in new pipe and a new hot water heater (the other one was damaged because of the pipe issue). I would have no problem recommending them to anyone!

Called these guys at 7:45 am when I woke up to a cold house. They were to my house by 9:00 and quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a bid that was very reasonable and by noon I was warming up. Quentin was very upfront that my problem was most likely under warranty, but when I checked, the warranty has expire about six months ago. Once we figured this out, he got right to work. Although I hope I don’t have to call them again, I know I am good hands.

Earlier this year we had an issue where our bathtub valve wouldn't shut off and we had to shut water off to the house. Despite my hours of effort late at night to remove the cartridge, it wasn't budging and we were looking at going through the night without water. I called a few places that were "24 hour plumbers" but were met with relatively rude responses and wanted to charge an unreasonably high price just to make the visit. After calling Plumbing Utah - Heating and Air, their dispatcher said they could get someone out really quick. They showed up in no time. After talking through our options and the problem we were facing, we found out it was the owner that had come out. He was very knowledgable and ready to jump and make a fix. Unfortunately it wasn't a quick fix and he needed to come back in the morning with some parts. He helped us to find a way to run cold water so we could flush toilets and such until he could get back in the morning. Sure enough, 7am the next morning I opened my front windows to find him parked outside my house getting his tools & parts ready. All this was done at an incredibly reasonable price. Big thanks for great work. They earned a customer. We've sent three or four people their way since then.

David and Crozby did an excellent job removing our shower handle. Another plumber was ready to hack into everything and start a bathroom remodel, but David and Crosby got the cartridge out and saved us thousands of dollars! Very nice guys who have the customer's concerns and best interests at heart. So thankful for them!

David was great. We'd been having trouble on plumbing fixtures for years. We wanted him to replace leaking faucet (probably the fifth one on this house), but unlike other plumbers he did some tests and instead told us our water pressure was too high, causing the faucet leaks. He fixed that pressure issue quickly and we didn't have to replace the faucet after all. Very nice and professional. Thanks, David!

I wish I was one of the 5 star reviewers. Unfortunately I was not and although I never leave reviews I felt this was needed. Its unfortunate when you have to fire a staff member due to an unsafe and unprofessional installation. The frustration didn't end there for me. Countless calls to get the system to work properly and too little concern from the staff lead me to speak with the owner. I have to say that Leo was nice and made things right. But buying my review was not one of the things I consider upstanding as a business practice. The owner also made things right but I had to call him and voice my frustrations otherwise I wouldn't have had any credit given to me. This was a significant enough of an issue that should have warranted an immediate reaction from the owner and to fix all issues to make things right. Although they did make things right in the end, it wasnt something they proactively offered.

Service was excellent. Same-day appointment. The tech found and fixed the problem with my A/C within about 15 minutes (I was lucky this time, I know). Of the 6 companies I called to get pricing, they are the ONLY company that said they would come out and diagnose the problem for no charge. Yes I know that they would have to recoup that expense somehow, but I think it just shows that they're very cost sensitive for the customer. I like that! So they got my business this time--and I will call them before anyone else the next time I need service.
