Great Service from Holly with my initial introduction. Afterward our technician David that came out was super helpful. We adored him. We previously went to a different company the first time we got clogged up and after pouring chemicals down our drain and charging us an arm and a leg we were rewarded with the problem occurring again. So we finally called Utah plumbing and it was fast, aggressive (with our clog), and they didn’t break our bank. Needless to say you got a customer for life now. Thank you.

Aaron arrived promptly and was able to get our toilet unplugged quickly and easily. Very courteous and professional. We would highly recommend this company. We would without hesitation use them again.

Our water heater cracked and started flooding our basement. Within just one phone call, Aaron came to assess the problem. Once Aaron said we needed to replace the water heater, they returned after an already obviouly grueling day to start our project. The next morning, they finished the job.

We decided to have a tankless water system installed. It has been 3 weeks now, and we love this new system!! No more hauling rock salt down stairs!! Also we never run out of hot water!!

Aaron, Jake, and Jordan were at our home today to replace and re-plumb our water heaters, repair some corroded pipe sections, install a PRV valve and a sediment filter. They also replaced our kitchen faucet and unclogged some scaled up bathroom drains. Their work and professionalism were impeccable. They were on time, polite and courteous and completed all aspects of the job with skillful workmanship. New customer for life!! I spent six days dealing with a different company trying to get my tankless water heater repaired/ replaced. In absolute frustration I reached out to Plumbing Utah Heating and Air for help (on a Sunday evening that was also a Holiday) and spoke with Brandon the owner. He gave me accurate, awesome information at a great bid. Barely 12 hours later, Aaron showed up, replaced my water heater in record time, gave me sound advice and instructions and even looked at a different plumbing issue I was having and did a consult on that! I was impressed with their professionalism, quality work and honest prices that saved me over $2300 than the previous company had quoted me. I will use Utah Plumbing Heating and Air for ALL my needs now. Thanks guys!

First of all let me state that this was a great experience for me and my wife from start to finish! I called Plumbing Utah Heating and Air because I had a water main leak that I needed located. I already had 2 other bids from well known companies, but, they didn't do leak location. Brandon came out Monday located the leak and discussed my options. The bid Brandon gave me was better then the two other bids, so I scheduled the repair. Thursday when Brandon and Dave came out to start the work they quickly realized that the job was going to have to be manually dug out because of the utility lines that were running across where they needed to dig with the mini excavator. Brandon was on the phone immediately to schedule his manual digging team and informed me that it may not be able to be done until the next day but that they would do it later in the day if they could. The digging started about noon and a second leak was discovered at the foundation requiring additional work to put the new line through the foundation and replace additional pipe and valve in the house. The work was completed by 5 and we are completely satisfied!!

I am sure that the additional work that wasn't planned on could have justified additional money to be charged, but there was no additional charges and I paid what was quoted me! Brandon and Dave, thank you for fielding all of the questions though out the process and taking care of our leak, great job! Also, a shout out to the 3 man digging team, hard working, fast, and attention to detail!

Aaron is a lifesaver.. I had a busted something or another that was preventing my shower from being shut off. Aaron really pulled through for me coming out to fix it at 10:00 PM on the Friday night of Memorial Day. Will definitely be my first call if the need arises.

My furnace went out in the evening after hours I called and 45 minutes later Quinton showed up and checked it out and determined it was time to be replaced. First thing in the morning of the next day Quinton and his crew showed up and replaced it. They did a quality job and it's warm and cozy once again. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon came out to diagnose a water leak. The entire time he was very friendly and competent. We would highly recommend for any of his services.
