Plumbing Utah was able to come quickly when my furnace was not working on a very cold day! They arrived when they said they would. Quinton was friendly, hard working, and did a great job! I had trouble figuring out the smart thermostat app, and he patiently helped me get it set up.

What a great experience! Ask for Leo and Crozby! They were the best! Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I had an emergency plumbing problem at one of my rental properties! They responded very quickly. They were kind and respectful to my renter and kept my informed of everything! On another occasion, the A/C stopped working during a major heat wave! Leo and Crosby had the home filled with cool air in no time! I would recommend this company and especially Leo and Crozby to anyone!

I had 4 experiences with the company within the last month. At first it was a leak from my Air conditioning unit. I was very impressed with the professional and personal touch the Hvac team (Leo) put into my experience. It turned out to be a small problem that was fixed on the spot. During that interaction they noticed something really wrong with my Water heater and suggested I get a tech out right away. Later that night I was called by Aaron to schedule my next appointment. I didn't fully know what to expect at that point but I know if Aaron was even half as professional and nice as Leo I would be in good hands. My expectation was exceeded by a lot when Aaron showed up, he was fast and professional when providing his recommendations and fixes. I was able to get my water heater reset, my toilets reset, 2 major leaks fixed, a new faucet, a water filter, and a water pressure gauge fixed. Things I really needed done. I'm very happy with the work completed.

I will be working with this company again and am so happy that I got to meet a plumber and company I can trust. Thank you all SO SO much.

These guys tried to sell me on new water heater (current one 3 years old), which is still under warranty. Their price was $1100 to replace the water heater, or $800 to fix it. I called Water heater company they sent me the part for free and I swapped it out in 30 minutes. Don’t trust these guys, if it sounds too expensive it probably is. Or plumbers make $1600 an hour….

Chris and Aaron came to my house to assess the gas pipe for my fireplace. They were upbeat and professional in their evaluation. In the end, everything checked out fine, but I plan to use them in the future should any repairs or installations be necessary!

Cole did an awesome job finding a creative solution to hook up my outdoor shower. He communicated well and was timely in getting the project finished. Greatly appreciated!

First of all shout out to David! My husband called Plumbing Utah on a short notice at 8:30 at night for a massive clog in the basement, and they immediately arranged a service for us. David came out within 20 minutes and saved our lives! He was super friendly, generous and extremely helpful. He unclogged the drain and also cleaned out the entire main drain line for us. He's also helped us checking a pipe issue that has bothered me since we moved in to this house. Thank you David for such a great job! No doubt I'm going to stick with Plumbing Utah, such great services!

Jordin was here first thing in the morning. He didn't charge a dispatch fee, had the problem diagnosed within 30min and installed a new furnace the same day. He got it installed several hours quicker than his quoted time frame. He had excellent follow through, and kept me updated on changes. I'm very impressed with the service.

This company went above and beyond. I wasn't completely happy at first, and left a bad review. Within 5 minutes, the owner (Brandon) called me and demanded to make things right. He brought a box of chocolates, looked at the issues, and had his manager here within an hour. I am thoroughly impressed! His tech, Leo, has the best customer service and wonderful. This company is the best in the industry, all around. Integrity, service, and honor speaks volumes to me.
