Had an awesome experience with this company! They are a little closer to the high end of what you pay for a plumbing service. But man, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! David came out and spent a lot of time making sure that he had the blockage in our main line taken care of. We wanted to have the camera go through the pipes afterward just to make sure we had it taken care of but we were having a hard time bringing ourselves to pay for the service. David actually helped us out a little bit on that so we were able to do it! He also put a drain cleaner down the toilet just to make sure every last bit was taken care of. He was so incredibly friendly with us! This is a great company! Would definitely use them again! Worth the extra money for sure!

My furnace failed on the weekend. Holly said she would send someone at 9:30 and at 9:25 Quintin was at my door. He discovered that my expansion tank was leaking water on straight at the electrical plugs and my furnace was flooded. Within the hour, I had their HVAC team, a plumber and owner all working together to resolve the issue. They stopped the damage, installed a new furnace and water heater.
There are no words to express my appreciation for the prompt, professional and friendly and respectful service I received on Sunday. I'm beyond grateful to the entire team.

Dave, a true professional, came out to my home today to repair a kitchen faucet. Very pleased with the fantastic service. This was my second time doing business with Plumbing Utah Heating and Air. I refuse to do business with any other company. The professionalism, great service, and reasonable prices cannot be matched. They perform the job right the first time and guarantee their work.

Super friendly and kind! I called to have someone come tighten a valve and shower head because, despite me using as much muscle as I could, these connections were still leaking. It's been weeks since they came and there is no leaks still! They did not charge me for this call so I will definitely using them again. They helped out a war widow without even knowing it. I really appreciate that they were able to get out same day to get our furnace inspected/tuned-up. A couple places we called before these guys were booked out a couple of months. Thanks to Alicia for helping get it set up and Quinton for getting here quickly and getting it all cleaned and tuned-up! Will definitely keep these guys in mind for future reference!

I called and they were able to fit me in between jobs. They said it was such a simple job they didn't feel write about charging me. Very courteous and quick. I was expecting a couple days, but they came out and had things resolved withing the same hour!

Great experience and I'm very happy! Dustin and David were very professional and did excellent work. They walked me through everything and made sure I understood the reasons for the work so I felt completely comfortable with everything. Once the work was complete, they showed me each repair, explained what they did and how to operate new valves AND they cleaned up before they left. GREAT experience and I highly recommend this company. Very fair price and excellent customer service!

Awesome service! Last night our AC went out, there was water leaking all over the place and we had to turn the unit off. We haven’t had this happen before so naturally we were worried. I contacted a few places online, it was past ten pm on a Saturday night. I heard back from Austin bright and early Sunday morning. (I still haven’t heard from the other places) he said that he could come out between 11-12. He called when he was on his way to provide an ETA.

Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and took quick action to remedy it. He was in and out in an hour and we have a pleasantly cool house. He made sure we understood what the trouble was with our unit and educated us on steps to take to not have the issue happen again in the future. He was very friendly and professional. We felt very taken care of! Thank you so much for your quick service! We will definitely be in touch for future tune ups etc. We highly recommend your service!

Plumbing Utah staff were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. When I needed a leaking tub drain replaced, they were able to come out quickly. The plumber who worked on my drain, Coco, communicated clearly when he would show up, what was needed once he got a look at the problem, and efficiently replaced the worn out plumbing. I'm not afraid to do a little plumbing here and there, but this was beyond my abilities, and Coco made light work of it. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family.
