Superior Water & Air

Roberto installed a purifier and soft water system for us. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and did a “SUPERIOR” job. We were able to get a water purifier and softener installed for what a competitor wanted to charge just for the plumbing portion. This was a tough job but Roberto took his time to make sure it was done with excellent quality. I am 101% satisfied with his work and with this company! Thank you Superior Water and Air, and especially to Roberto!

Fantastic service! Professional, friendly and fair. Superior came in and fixed damage that was caused by another plumbing company. I can't say enough good about my experience with Alma and Superior. I now have a preferred company that I will be recommending to friends and neighbors and calling whenever I have a need.

The installer was great, efficient and pleasant to have on this job. However, the under sink water heater was not what I asked for. I asked for a unit that would provide hot water when the sink faucet is turned on. What was installed is a nice unit but not one that provides the hot water to the sink faucet. When the sales person was here, I specifically requested a unit that would provide hot water to the main line and was informed this unit would do that as well as to the fixture that was installed. According to the installer, this is not the unit that will provide what I asked for. What I asked for is not what I got, so I am back to square one with my problem.
I was contacted by Superior Heating & Air, and they were very sorry for the miscommunication between myself and them. We worked it out and I am very pleased with the outcome. Miscommunications happen and they can be fixed. Superior did a terrific job in taking care of our problem. I will be doing more business with them in the future, for sure.

Been doing business with this company for years, I especially like Lance. He very professional and knowledgeable. Takes great care of my furnace and air conditioning every fall and spring.

Update: Alma Causland did a great job today. He was thorough, professional, and friendly! That's why we stay with Superior. :)

Thank you for professionally and most kindly addressing our recent spate of plumbing issues due to kitchen remodel. Now we can breathe easier knowing everything is working as it should. Superior Water is our go to! Alma came out today and repaired a water leak for us. He also took the time to look at a few other water issues I thought we might have. He gave some recommendations with no pressure to purchase. We love Superior Water!

Mark was amazing and very knowledgeable.

He worked 10 and a half hours non-stop to install our tankless water heater and the vents needed. He additionally replaced a whole house shut off valve that had broken off several years ago, which was above and beyond the expected service. He is a great credit to Superior Plumbing services and to Home Depot's contracted providers.

I would highly recommend him to anyone
