Had them come and check the unplugged water softener in the house we just bought and since it was so old told the tech I wanted to buy a new one. They were supposed to call me the next day to get it all setup. Haven't heard anything from them in a week. I will be getting the new water softener from a different company that values my business more.

Mark at Superior was great. He was prompt, kept everything clean, and took care of everything that needed to be done to take care of a tankless water heater installation, fridge line repair, and toilet seal. This was alll done in freezing cold temps. I would highly recommend Mark and Superior.

I waited three years for this tankless water heater. Although its only been all of two hours since being installed, I'm so happy I went with this product and company. I'm sure it will be well worth the dollars spent. Today I received great & free service of inspection and assessment in regards to my water heater from Superior Water and Air through their tech representative Alma McCausland and his colleague.
Alma was courteous, knowledgeable and professional in his observations, tips and answers.
He inspected the entire house in a respectful and timely manner, and set together a possible treatment plan, including finances and a possible follow-up.
I feel I now have more options at hand to be able to go from here and take an informed decision, based on my individual possibilities and interests. Make sure to call Alma.

This company really cares, I know that sounds cliche' but it is true. I had a water heater installed and there were a couple check list items that needed to be completed. Superior called me back after hours on the same night I contacted them. Their follow up has been incredible, making what was needed correct with a smile and willingness to help sincere. Who does that anymore? I felt like I was caught in a 1950's dreams. If you want the best service and follow through contact Superior. They are aptly named "SUPERIOR".

We have been with Superior for nearly 2 decades. We participate in their Home Warranty insurance program. They have always been very professional and provided exceptional service and customer service. I am more than pleased with the services we received in the last couple of weeks. I would highly recommend this company and their servicemen to anybody. The servicemen were courteous and respectful of our time, but took the time to answer questions and provide information about the services they provided. That is only one of the reasons we have chosen only Superior Air and Water. Their home warranty has saved us thousands of dollars and they use quality brands (in the past, not so much on furnace humidifiers) but all else have been very good. Thank you again!

Roberto from Superior Water and Air did an excellent job replacing a water heater in our home. There was great communication from the start, and he worked efficiently during the 3.5 hours it took to uninstall and remove the old water heater, then prep, install and setup the new one. Our old water heater was 20 years old, and when the expansion tank failed we decided to replace everything. Glen, Brian and Elvira at Superior were responsive and able to setup and confirm the appointment to get us back up quickly.

Our water heater sprung a leak and caused a small flood requiring it to be replaced. I confirmed with the manufacturer our warranty was still active and just needed to do a warranty swap. Since Superior was the installer of our water heater, I thought it would be less headache to have them perform the swap. However, they would not give me an estimate over the phone and said they would have to come out to take a look and charge me $150 to get an estimate. Other companies I spoke to were able to give me a fixed price over the phone for a warranty swap so disappointed with Superior to say the least. Ended up using another company that did the swap flawlessly without needing to charge me to get an estimate.
