I went with the tankless water heater. The install was quick, looks great, and works amazingly. Manuel came after and patched up the drywall holes in the ceiling left from running the exhaust pipe. He worked magic on that drywall. It's flawless! Thanks team Superior!

We were interested in a water softener and were greeted in a very professional manner by the gentleman at Costco representing Superior Water and heat. We gave our information to him and had a call from Superior with in a couple of days being it was the weekend. Set up our appointment and the sales rep came and explained everything thing and tested our extremely hard water. Long story short we purchased the softener along with a Tankless water heater. Our install was completed within in a week from speaking with the sales rep. The install Techs were very professional and thoroughly explained every thing they were doing and showed us how to work everything properly. I will highly recommend using Superior Water and Heat. Couldn’t be happier.

I would definitely recommend this company. I had multiple new items installed to replace the old, worn out originals. Everyone was courteous, professional & knowledgeable, whether they were onsite or in the office. There were some problems that arose that were related to the original building of the house & these guys went above & beyond to correct the situation, working long hours in the heat to make sure everything was working as it should and that I was happy. I am 100% happy & wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

We remodeled our home. Complete new kitchen, roof, paint, front porch, cement, Everything turned out great except our choice using Superior Water and Air. We are going on 2 years of nothing but a mess with an AC system that doesn’t cool the house and is worse than the swamp cooler we had! Salesman sold us an inferior product that won’t cool our home. 80 degrees inside from a NEW AC is the coolest it gets. Total waste of money, and a lot of it was given to them, 5 figures! They damaged the ceiling in 2 places and when done with repairs we have to paint the ceiling now to the way is was before they showed up. Wished so much we had gone with someone else. Now I get to call one of their competitors to come fix their mess and work with us on what is needed to cool our home , And spend who knows how much more. Save yourself the grief. Go with someone else. So wish we had. Your family and your wife will thank you for it. This is only the second review I have ever written in my life. Go with someone who actually knows what they are doing.

Where to start? Superior water and air was contracted through our new countertops to do disconnect and reconnect for our kitchen and bathroom sink. Yes I could’ve done it myself, but since I paid for the package, I figured I’d let the “professionals” handle it. Disconnect went fine (the very simple easy part). When it came to reconnecting it all went down the drain. Or you could say it went all over inside my cabinets. When the technician was “done” he said everything was all good. Took his word for it (my mistake). An hour later and the base of my cabinets were soaked. Taking a peak there were leaks everywhere he touched. Angle stops. Hoses. Drain pipes. I shut the water off and waited to the next day and called. Unfortunately it was Sunday so “emergency hours”. I had a different technician come and said that the previous tech did everything wrong. Told me my angle stops were bad, improper fittings were used, etc. but then said he’d have to charge me 300 bucks to change two angle stops and fix the wrong fittings. Needless to say I told him I’d do it myself. Monday I contacted the office to explain the situation and talk to a manager. (Not the kind of guy to talk to managers but I felt like someone needed to know the situation. Mainly didn’t want this happening to someone else.) Monday they told me a manager would get back to me. Didn’t receive a call for three days and Wednesday I had to call again and ask for the manager directly. I finally spoke to the customer service manager who basically acted like she didn’t understand anything that was going on and that a higher level manager would call me. Still haven’t receive that call. But the did offer to fix the push connect fittings that were wrong. I agreed but politely asked for a different technician. The appointment rolls around on Friday (an extremely wide window of 12-4pm?) and it’s past 4. Nobody had showed up. Called the office and they said someone would be out soon they were finishing up an appointment. AN HOUR LATER and a van finally arrives. It was the same technician that screwed everything up in the first place. I was nice and let him in to fix his work. I’d stay away from using this place until they get some things figured out from bottom to top. Technicians seemed lazy, unprofessional. Call center was quick to delegate to people that would never call me back. And nobody seemed friendly and like they cared that I had a problem. I wasn’t asking for money back, and I fixed the angle stops and hoses myself, I just wanted someone to acknowledge the issue and attempt to fix it fast and efficiently. I couldn’t even get the one request I had of a different technician. Don’t waste your time or money with these guys.

Brayden was amazing! He came to our home and was very professional and personable. He replaced our water filters and explained how the system works. I would definitely invite him back for our next service call.

Ethan did a super job removing two toilets and installing the new ones (not an easy job). He was on time, efficient and the work was high quality; a true professional. I have used Superior Water & Air previously and have always been satisfied with them.

Landon was at my home to address issues with a tub spout and a bathroom faucet.
He took the time to explain all the options and answered my questions throughout the appointment.
He explained what he was doing and was very thorough.
While he was there addressing the original two items he went above and beyond to program my softener and adjust the pressure on my RO tank.

His customer service was outstanding.

The two gentlemen that Installed my water heater were so polite and professional and did a great job. They had issues earlier in the day causing them to have to work well into the evening to get my job done and they did high quality work while being friendly and accommodating so that the job wouldn’t have to be put off another day. I would definitely recommend.
