After an initial mix up about time of the appointment, all went very well. The technician, Alma, quickly identified the problem and implemented a temporary fix until we could get the required component. Since the water heater was still under warrant, he arranged to have it shipped to my house. Once it came, he returned promptly to install it. Alma was wonderful in all respects: professional, friendly, helpful, efficient. He explained every thing fully. I would happily recommend him to anyone. I would rate him an unqualified "excellent."

Very disappointed. Sales guy was great. Plumbers did okay but ended up cutting out several holes in my ceiling and assured me their sheet rock guy would be calling me to get the ceiling repaired right away. After over 24 hours with no call, I decided to call the company and they did not have an opening until almost a month out for the repair. They should not be scheduling these jobs if they can’t see the complete job all the way through. Sounds like a staffing issue and or training issue. Not a happy customer with this type of service when I paid a lot of money to have a professional to do the job the same day I scheduled. I should have done it myself.

Martin was very professional and thorough. He repaired my reverse osmosis water system and water softener. He recommended a new water heater since mine was 10 years old, leaking, and not originally installed to code. Superior was able to come back the same day and install a new water heater. I am very impressed with their service and will be using them again in the future.

I needed them to come look at an issue and tell me how much it will cost since they dont share any cost information over the phone. They want to charge me a $105 dispatch fee to come to my house to then tell me how much it will cost to repair something and they do not credit that $105 back if I decide to move forward with them.

I originally went with SW&A as they were with Costco as an affiliate contractor. They installed my new furnace and AC and I loved it until I had them do additional work on the AC system. I had them come out in 2021 to re-route the AC line, I have had multiple complications since then. Last year my AC didnt seem to be cooling well but I chalked it up to the hot summer heat and didnt think to make any calls to come check it out as it was terrible but noticeable. This year, through Black Diamond Experts, it was determined that there was a small leak in the AC line and it was small enough that I wouldn't have noticed it until quite some time later. It was informed that this last winter when the lines expanded and contracted is when you will see leaks get worse. Now this year the system has less than a half of a pound of refrigerant when the system calls for 6 pounds. I am out of warranty for their work as they warranty for 1 year and I wouldnt have found this out until much later as in this case. Just not a fun experience for a customer. Because they give only 1 year warranty I find myself in a position of repairing the line which will cost nearly the amount of what I had them install it for originally. I called the manufacturer to see about that warranty as I was given a 10 year on certain components to find out that SW&A never submitted it to them within 60 days of installation so Lennox only had me for a 5 year manufacturer warranty. My recent experience with SW&A has left a sour taste when I call as the service has dropped significantly to the point that I am quite disappointed. Definitely not a continued customer.

I can't believe they claim quality and reliability of service! It was a complete disaster, which lead to a destruction of my entire basement bathroom, which had to be all taken apart and restored again. Their installer of water softener system was incompetent in everything he was sent by the company to do! While attempting to connect the purification water supply line to the refrigerator, he used the wrong part and it lead to the flooding of my entire basement bathroom walls inside and out and we had to rip out all the drywalls to mitigate the water damage. I had to retain subcontractors for the restoration work, which the company refused to cover. Needless to say, we were unable to use the basement bathroom for a month! They are unprofessional, careless and unreliable 100%! Moreover, their insurance company, Farmers Insurance, is a joke and refuses to fully compensate on the cost of the restoration I had to retain the subs for and pay out of my pocket!

Our water heater went out over the weekend so on Monday, I had a different company come out to diagnose the problem. Within minutes of being in my home, they told me my 4-year-old water heater was not repairable, that I'd need a whole new one AND more than $1000 of additional plumbing repairs, all totaling over $4500.

Reeling in sticker shock from that absolutely insane bid, I found Superior Water and Air for a second opinion. Alma came out the same day and spent an hour testing/examining everything. He discovered that while yes, I did have some essential plumbing repairs, the water heater itself was not a lost cause. He found that the source of the problem was a gas valve that was actually still under warranty. He coordinated with the manufacturer to get the part to my house within days and he came back to install it the very day it was delivered.

Alma took the time during the initial assessment to figure out what the real problem was, he made me feel like a priority, he did a beautiful and thorough job with the work and he cleaned up afterwards. He was respectful and kind the whole time he was in my house. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He was easy to communicate with through the entire process.

Last, though definitely not least, Superior Water and Air fixed my water heater, installed a cold water shut-off valve, and replaced both my pressure reducing valve and the expansion tank for less than half what that other company wanted for just a new water heater and pressure valve.

I look forward to calling Superior Water and Air for other home maintenance I'll need in the future. It's never a good time when something big breaks in your house, but Alma and Superior made a huge difference. Thank you!

I made a major purchase with Superior as the installer, for a home standby generator. I was promised by their representative that my purchase was accompanied by a matching warranty extension. I have been unable to get that warranty documentation to extend my warranty from 5 years to 10. I have received promises followed by no response since. I would warn anyone that is considering doing service with this company to choose someone else.

Had a plumber come out to house.. quoted me arround 3000.00 to fix two hosebibs.. one pressure regulator, and a surge tank on water heater... I just fixed both hose bibs in less than an hour.. total cost 125.00.. these people charge more per hour than my attorneys, waste of time calling them. Rip off specialist

I spoke with a secretary when I called. She said to send pictures of what needed to be done so she could pass it on to the technician to see if the work could be done. I understand the company policy is no estimates over the phone, which is fine. I was told, by a second secretary, I would have to pay $110 for a technician to come to home to see if the work could be done. My pictures were, unfortunately, not sent to the technician and I was not given a way to contact the technician myself. I refuse to pay $110 and not only take the chance that the work cannot be done, but also take the chance of receiving an unreasonably high estimate and decide to go with another company and then be out $110. Why would I do that? In my opinion, it was a waste of my time to contact Superior Water and Air and and a bad experience. I will not be contacting them again and cannot recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

We have used Superior Water and Air for our water softening and water filtration needs, and they have been fantastic! They are always on time and are very professional. Martin was here yesterday for some maintenance on our water softener and he helpfully fixed the problem and also checked on some other issues and gave us recommendations. We definitely will keep using their services.
