They are the best at what they do in Utah. Prices are sky high, service wait time is months out. Had to turn elsewhere to get the work done because no one would cal back but the in-person staff was good in the showroom.

I figured if Superior Water is associated with Costco, they must be great. I came to find out that the rep at Costco (A Superior Water & Air employee ) was unable to communicate my exact request. You guys are a complete bait and switch operation and this immediate show of incompetence prompted me to cancel the upcoming appointment.
