Superior installed brand new furnace and ac for us in April 2021. We were extremely pleased with them at the time of installation. Fast forward to November 2022 (1 & 1/2 yrs later) and our furnace will not kick on. We are told that because we are out of our 1 year service warranty and that it will cost us $250 for an after hours visit! After some back and forth over the phone with the repair technician, we determine we will call around to other companies to see what they will charge. We end up working with Mountain Air who only charges us $80 for the visit. The technician with Mountain Air tells us what happened is that an aftermarket device was put on with the original installation that detects moisture and shuts the system down if moisture is detected. He tells us that these devices fail all the time (which is what happened with ours, especially considering there was no moisture to detect) and that he isn't sure why it was installed in the 1st place. He unplugged the device and our system is back to running normally. We did not ask for this device to be installed and certainly were not notified it was. Considering $250 for a service call and a faulty device that shuts down the system whenever it wants, seems to me Superior may be running something shady...

I’ve had both my HVAC system and water heater done through these guys and both experiences were great! My water heater started making a noise recently and the tech they sent out (Mark) was extremely knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, prompt, & professional. The problem turned out to not be the new water heater, but another issue with some poor plumbing. Mark walked me through it in detail and gave me lots of scenarios and options to consider. I’ll definitely be using these guys to fix this and also likely to update all my plumbing.

Josh was our service man. We were very pleased with him. He was polite and professional. We needed an igniter because ours was going bad and he had one on his service truck and was able to perform this fix the same day. Very good experience—and he has great hair! 👍

Mark was amazing- he was punctual, friendly, and made sure all my concerns were met. He cleaned up the floor and wall after the repair and even shoveled the ice from my stairs outside my home! Above and beyond!

Furnace transformer died under warranty. Josh came out and get it diagnosed and a part ordered quickly and efficiently and even offered some space heaters to borrow while we wait for parts. Great service would recommend.

I was having issues with my furnace. I called an HVAC company to come out (twice) and they said they could not find any issues. I called superior to look at it and within 30 minutes they had found the issue and given me a quote for the repairs. The technician was professional and knowledgeable.

Edit: After we installed a door on the outside of our water heater storage area the inspector told me we needed to put a vent at the bottom of the door. I called Superior Water & Air and Mark came out and installed the vent. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone who needed any type of water or air repair or replacement done. They are not only professional they are fast friendly and through.

Superior Water & Air did a great job. Mark Frank was very professional and through on installing my water heater. I would definitely call them again for another plumbing job if needed and refer them to anyone who needed plumbing repairs.

Mark installed a tankless water heater today and it couldn’t have gone better. It was a big job but Mark worked hard to get it all done, and afterwards he took the time to walk me through how the system works, all the gauges and levers , etc. Mark even put in an extra connector in case I switch my fireplace over to gas someday.

Alma was great when he came for an emergency Saturday visit and then the follow up visit when the parts came in. He was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the parts while in the home and make a temporary fix that worked perfectly until the parts arrived, which they did quickly. I was very happy when it turned out he was the person that returned to replace the parts. He listened, was very professional and friendly. Explains all that he did and why. I’m happy to have him as our service person anytime. He went above and beyond for us.
