Called Thursday morning and spoke with Martin. No one returned my call despite repeated voicemail. I have been a customer of their's for over TWENTY YEARS. Mr. Anderson would be sad to see the lack of service. They are waiting on filters for a system that I have for my drinking water filters. They have replaced them with faulty membranes three times in six months. Now, they tell me they "can't get anymore at this time" while I go without a drinking water system until who knows when? I asked to speak to different members of management (2) and none have returned my call. Poor business model to not have a replacement vendor or provide an ETA. I am so disappointed in this company right now.

I had my water heater replaced by Richard, and had the pleasure of having Mitch the install manager come out and get us set up. Not only were they ontime and punctual, but our experience with Richard was top of the line! Not only very professional and knowledgeable, he was kind, polite and very thorough. If Richard's attitude and attention to detail are Superiors company standard, then they have struck gold. I would strongly recommend Superior as they have exceeded our expectations and helped us in a time frame I didn't think was possible, so thank you, as we are now customers for life!!

I am so frustrated with my experience, one strike after the next. First off, it took over two weeks to schedule an apt during the hottest part of the summer while having young children at home. They allowed us to "borrow" some portable AC units, but weren't willing to go in the office for an hour to give them to us, so it took an addition few days before pickup for that. Then they just handed them off and did not give any instruction at all on how to use them. They were late to the appointment, which already took out my entire day. The wrong part was sent with them, so it delayed the installation even more! They stepped on my children's toys, and broke a few figures, left things out of place. It took extra days for them to even email me an invoice, I had to call and ask for it to be sent. They never ended up sending me the other paperwork even after asking. They also left the "borrowed" AC units, and called me a few days later saying that I had taken them and needed to return them. I informed them that I would not be driving them to their warehouse and they can send someone to me, which then took out another day of my time. After all of this, I have called and left multiple messages asking to speak with someone about my issues. I DO NOT recommend this company because of these issues. Just a poor experience.

The equipment and installation were great.
My dissatisfaction comes with some of the information we were given, about what we could do with financing.
The item we purchased was through a Costco promotion. We were told that we could make payments using our Costco card.
When the financing came through we were told by the finance company, the only way to pay was by check or auto pay.
I tried to get ahold of a person at Superior but to no avail.
I am sorry that correct information did not get passed on to us.
So this is the reason for the lower rating.

The technition was great. His repair did not take care of the problem however, and the rate charged we found was at least twice what it should have cost. I don't know if it's the tech or the company or both, but no one is happy when they find out they've been ripped off big time.

Manuel was very professional and helpful in resolving the problem. He works hard and completes the job when the customer is satisfied. Manuel is a great asset to Superior Water & Air. He works with a smile and makes sure the customer is happy with his work that he completes efficiently. Thank you Manuel for a job well done.

Mark did a great job installing our tankless water heater. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. Mark also explained how the heater worked, what we needed to do, etc. He was professional and courteous.

Martin did a wonderful job servicing our water softener system. He was very knowledgable, resourceful and so kind, which was much appreciated. We are definitely keeping his card and calling him for any other service we may need!

Had no issues with Superior until the water softener they installed stopped working. I've spent nearly 6 months now trying to get hem to honor the lifetime warranty they gave me. Even on the BBB complaint, the president said he'd look into it, and then I never heard from them again. They want $700 to repair, or $2,800 to replace, and I have a lifetime warranty! Don't trust them!

They were kind to make adjust to their schedule to work me in last minute when our a/c went out. The technician Josh was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, fascicle, and polite. Thank you for helping me out. As suspected, my old a/c is/was on its last hour and is going to need to be replaced. Superior was excellent. They’ve won my business.
