We needed to have a water conditioner installed, but in order to fit where we wanted it, the water heater had to be moved. Roberto came and did a masterful job. He chose move the water heater to the _best_ spot, not the easiest or most convenient. It took a while, but he got the job done right, with the water heater installed better than before, and the water conditioner set up great, too.

Roberto was also professional and courteous throughout the entire installation. It was an excellent experience.

I'm also impressed with Terry, who came to our house for the initial consultation, then patiently worked with me when I decided to change my mind (multiple times) about what I wanted after the initial purchase was made.

I've had a gold service home warranty account with Superior since May of 2020. Yesterday was the second day I've had to use it, and confirmed I will continue paying for this service for as long as I own a home. Superior was able to respond within less than 24 hours to come out to diagnose a leaky kitchen faucet that had no water pressure. Alma and Ethan (the plumbers) were polite, courteous, and personable. Alma explained the problem and gave me my options. Long story short, the repair was best served with a new faucet and pipes. They had everything wrapped up in less than four hours. If I have anymore plumbing repairs, I'll definitely be calling Superior and requesting either of those two. Fantastic experience, and because I've been a loyal gold service account, the repairs didn't hit my wallet too hard. If you're in UT, use Superior!

After moving into our new home, we recently looked into services for Reverse Osmosis and Water Softener installation. Being Costco members, we inquired through there and Superior Water & Air (who they contract with) was sent to our home.

Bart Sperry came to our home for the initial consultation and services overview. He was on time, friendly and great at what he does. He explained things very well and was engaging while doing so.

On the day of installation, Mark Frank came to our home who was also on time and friendly. He was professional, took the time to explain things and answer any questions for us, and took the care to do things such as wearing shoe protectors while coming into our home. That's something I always appreciate. The installation was also quick and efficient.

We have had a great experience with Superior and look forward to having them service our in home water needs.

Our family has gradually been moving over to Superior for many years. We now have their AC and furnace, water heater, whole house water filter, water softener and today they serviced the reverse osmosis unit. We have also have used them to unclog a shower drain and repair a leaking sink drain in the past. We use them because they consistently deliver the best products with the best service. They do not have the lowest initial cost, but the time saved by doing the job right the first time and doing it to a high level is worth the extra expenditure for our family. Although I'm no plumbing or HVAC system expert, I can tell the knowledge of their service technicians is high and they are very good at explaining it so you understand what they are doing and why. Today's visit from Dalton Peterson was a great example of that. When he came out, I was specifically interested in understanding how to maintain the RO unit they installed last year so I could maintain it myself going forward. He carefully explained what I needed to know and I feel I got the information I needed. Finally, I will add that in setting up the initial appointment, I had a good conversation with Lorrie from Superior about what I needed when they came out. She really listened to me and I felt that her willingness to share exactly what costs were involved and why they existed helped me to understand Superior's point of view. Thank you for helping us maintain our home :)
