Superior Water & Air

DO NOT USE. I called Superior in a true emergency for after-hours AC Repair. The technician charged me $250 dollars but did not resolve the problem, did not follow-up as promised, and in the process of "diagnosing" the AC, fried the electrical components by putting a 5 amp fuse in a slot clearly labelled "3 amp only" and cost me $400 in additional repair work for another, reputable company. Stay far away.

I received a reminder text and call for the appointment, and Josh called me 40 minutes before arrival. We hovered near Josh while he was doing the diagnosis and repair, and he was very quick to answer our questions, and we were so impressed with his knowledge and honesty. We had another company come out recently to diagnose the problem, and they quoted a $1500 repair. Josh got us back and up and running for $147 plus the diagnostic fee. The repair that was recommended by the other company was unnecessary. I asked several other questions about HVAC equipment recommendations and he was very helpful. We will definitely use superior, not only for repairs, but any new equipment we might need.

Martin was very knowledgeable. He also knew how to explain what services were needed and why in terms I was able to understand. He was thorough in checking our water heater and water softener. He found what things needed service and what needed repair and replacement.

Alma came out today and installed a new faucet and flushed our tankless water heater. He was kind and pleasant. He worked quickly an efficiently and did an excellant job. Thank you Superior Water and air.

He was very professional. He completed the task in a excellent manner. He exchanged a shower control that has been a source of problem. He also walked around the home looking for plumbing challenges . We will have a new water heater replaced soon.

Manuel just finished the final touches of the installation. He repaired two small cuts in the drywall/sheet rock and did a fantastic job. Very nice, professional and courteous. I was blown away at Eduardo & Jacob. The were on time. They started work promptly, they took great care to cover the floor with tarps. They installed a new tankless water heater & water softener. Eduardo took the time to explain the operation of the equipment and walked me through the installation.

Alma was our technician. He diagnosed our water softener issue quickly and provided us with several options so we could make an informed decision with what would be best for us. He was courteous and respectful while in our home.

Last April we had this company install a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater. Barely 1 year later the water heater died! When we called to have them come see what's going on with it they wanted to charge us over $100 just to come out. Ridiculous! We ended up calling a different company.
